The site is accessible at all times and is always clean. Staff is helpful and responds to questions or issues in a timely manner. I consider their prices to be a better value than similar businesses in the area especially because they have 24 hour access.

Absolute garbage customer service. We were asked to come move our trailer for a day while they did…read moresome tree trimming. Fine that isn't an issue. The problem is we were out of town on the day they were doing the work and we didn't have a place for the trailer for a few days while we were gone (that's why we pay to store it with them). So they offer to move it for us. That's great. I bring the key and they tell me they'll put it in the general parking lot. The problem is that parking lot is INSECURE (no gate/locks/code/nothing) and we're out of town a few days. They tell us they won't move it back and that we will assume all risk with regards to theft, damage, etc. Mind you, this is all on a 3 day notice we were given. Not like.. "next month on the 12th" for example. Just 3 days notice that this is taking place. And, they were unwilling to be flexible in doing the work. So the conversation turns towards the lady telling me how she's "doing me a favor" and starts getting a bad attitude. So I simply left. Walked out. Drove away. No argument. No yelling. No name calling or cussing. Just left. I was done with the terrible attitude and customer service that I could see was going nowhere. Been a long time customer. Never missed a payment or had a single issue. I get home to a notice to VACATE within 30 days. As it turns out, we actually got the trailer moved for them in the end anyways and we're still being asked to vacate. #1 its clear this is being done out of spite now because there is no reason to kick us out at this point and #2 its also clear they really don't care because they will probably just replace us with someone else paying a higher monthly rate for the same exact spot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
