Calling around to five self storage locations, I received quotes I found to be higher than I've ever paid for a smaller space in many states I've rented within. Now in Parrish FL since December, I've seen new communities spring up overnight as if they were dropped from outer space, it happens just that fast. So I ventured a bit out of this hotbed of building - looking in the local papers as the internet searches, a Craigslist advertisment caught my eye. Called, made an appointment, drive on over and signed up on the spot. The affore mentioned businesses were charging $100 plus two additional fees for a 5x5 totally around $120.00 a month. At All You Can Store, I got a 5x10 for $79.00. it's not 24 hours but I don't need that option and it's functional appropriate, never busy with other customers. A husband and wife team that were so friendly to me, they made my transaction a success and I highly recommend them.

Yaitza gave me a tour of the facility as well as explained the features of the storage areas. I wanted to check two different sizes in the climate control building. Promptly, Yaitza showed me the units and I picked the unit that will better serve my needs. We returned to the office and proceeded to rent the space I selected. Yaitza explained the contract and showed me the contract in the computer screen so I could verify my information was correct. While finishing paperwork, another customer showed up. The other employee helped the customer in a very professional way and answered his questions. I know a few things about storage facilities after my husband's 32 years in the military and while working in the private sector.
