DON'T GO HERE. My son and I rented a storage after the murder of my beautiful daughter, it's just him and me now. In the 3 months her things were there someone stole anything of value. I'll NEVER get things back that I treasured. It isn't ok to do this to anyone. If you have things you can never replace I suggest going somewhere else. Rented from this storage unit for 5 years and had to throw everything in it, away. There was a rat infestation in the building I was assigned to and when I mentioned this, I had to show proof of purchase for all of my items in order to get compensated for the thousands worth of damage. Who keeps 5 year old receipts though? I ended up throwing everything away and will never recommend this place to anyone. I've steered so many ppl from renting here as well read more

this is the worst experience I've ever had. I've never seen a more disorganized company that the management company does not answer your calls until you decide to move out the rats complaints that I have put in the past has gone on deaf ears. These people do not take care of their place. It seems to me that the management does not treat the storage facilities and you get rat infestation it is the most disgusting thing I've ever saw in my life. If you care for your items, I recommend you to find a place that does not have rats or management company to do that. Do not call you back or listen to any of have lost over $10.000 worth of furniture, don't let me tell you about the insurance you take out insurance you pay $15 a month come to find out they only pay up to $250. If you have anything that has to do with rat infestation. Deductible of $100 so you can get 150 back so what they claim up to $5000 for your items is totally wrong. They are is false. read more

THEY HAVE RATS! DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE OR ANY PUBLIC STORAGE! (SEE PHOTO) Corporate does not care and will just tell you to refer to your contract. Excuse me but your contract didn't mention your unit came with RATS! I rented a 10x15 unit here for less than 4 months to store things for my business. I found out at the ending of March 2022 that this property is infested with rats. I tried switching to another unit, inside, on the other side of the property and that was just as bad. It smelled bad inside, there was visible rat feces in the empty units I checked out and lots of dead flys. They know it's a problem and just continue letting people store their valuables unknowingly. Public Storage should be ashamed of themselves. On April 9th, I was forced to move out because my unit was taken over by rats and they were literally destroying my property. I had no food of any sort in my unit ever which would attract them. They were coming from other units. The manager showed us photos and videos in her phone of food other units had in them to explain the reason for the rats so they were well aware of the infestation. After the manager removed a huge dead rat from the center of my unit, I was able to access the damage and I had approximately $800 in damage as well as the cost of renting a new storage unit, moving truck and help with cleaning and disinfecting everything I was able to save. They had chewed up a lot of my jute and wood items. There was rat urine and feces all over the unit. Lots of items I had stored in there were not able to be saved. The things I had stored in there are for my business. That's how I make money to pay rent and feed my kids. I'm a special needs Mom and I started my business a year and a half ago. Little by little, I have been able to add to my inventory. To have my things destroyed by rats is just devastating. I've actually cried over this whole ordeal. The only thing I asked Public Storage for was a refund for the month of April that I did NOT get to use the storage unit. My request for a refund was denied by them!! I rent multiple storage units for my business and I have never encountered this type of customer service from any other company. Please save yourself the headache, keep your property safe and choose another company. I wouldn't trust any of their locations. read more

This lady never answers the phone or calls people back. I moved out of one of her units in early June when my sister and friends came to Florida to help me get shit out cause the price for renting the space was now up to $256 a month. I took all that I was taking out and I was told to leave what I am not inside for it will be trashed. I even put on the app that I was moving out and I put the day I emptied the unit. Called to tell her I was out, app said keep key that once cleaned out, I was good to go. LIES! A month later they are asking me for money. NO. They also have rats. I no longer rent in Peachtree City but I had no issues and they were easy to deal with. Just as I had in Peachtree City I now have a enclosed storage space in Apopka FL. The service is equally satisfying. To add a cherry on top, I spoke to CSR Tenoa regarding a copy of issues, and she was great. She handled my concerns with ease. She should be considered the model for all the CSRs training. read more

THEY HAVE A RAT PROBLEM!!!!!! I had to throw away $15K in stuff because rats chewed up, urinated on and left droppings on everything and there was nothing they could do about it. The smell was so bad I could not stay inside the unit to go through my stuff. I had to drag each box outside to the parking lot. Rats were alive and still in the boxes as I was opening to check my stuff. Do not rent a space here. read more

She was super friendly and showed me both units I needed and I ended up with a better one and a great deal thanks to the promotions! I went in to get a 5x10 and walked out with a 10x10 climatized unit. Cher'e is a real professional, courteous, went above and beyond to ensure my present and future needs would be met. The entire process took less than an hour, which included visiting three separate units. This is my first time getting a climatized unit and I'm grateful for that recommendation as well. This Public Storage location is just a few miles from my home and I only wish I had gone there two years ago when I moved into the neighborhood. I would recommend this location to anyone. read more

The property manage Chere is on point! The property is clean and I've never experienced a problem with the staff or facility. I have lost count as to how many times I mentioned the numerous lights which are burned out. Corporate is beyond sloth slow providing maintenance to this property. I try to visit my unit in the daylight because I feel unsafe with the numerous lights which are not working. read more

Super friendly staff who go above and beyond with the customer service. I recently upgraded to a larger unit and they were very helpful in securing a vacancy for me. Then when I had to move a large refrigerator from the original unit to the new one, the manager herself braved the Florida heat to help me simply because she knew I was going to attempt it by myself. And she says "Hello" to me by name whenever she sees me on property. read more
