I was given a 10'x5' unit instead with additional fees that raised the price to over $90 for the first month. I was sold a lock I didn't need as I had brought my own. I went back on a weekday morning to turn in the lock and rectify the size of the unit. Still no employee on site. I have called the phone number posted on the office door multiple times on multiple days - automated system with no option to speak to a person. I have left voice messages - no return call. I downloaded the app - no solutions offered there. I called the phone number in the app - still no answer. I searched their website - no solutions there. If you expect honest business practices and/or customer service, this is not the company where you will find either.

One of the things that made the act of moving out of state easier for us was using a moving…read morecompany. I did a lot research & ended up finding D.C. Moore & Son Inc. From the very beginning they were friendly, professional & helpful. I was not there for load up, my husband said they had 4 guys & worked hard, & packed the truck with care. (I do know that furniture was wrapped extremely well) At delivery, we only had 2 guys. Brandon & Dakota. TBH, probably should have been 3. These young men worked their asses off in 104° heat, having to cart everything down the long driveway since they couldn't get the truck in due a couple of issues. I felt so bad for them & was really worried about them... gave them water & even had Travis & Em p/u Gatorade for them. All of this to say, I highly recommend using D.C. Moore & Son. The employees, yes... employees not random day laborers, are fantastic... the cost is competitive. It did cost more than the estimate, but it was worth it & still less than other phone estimates from other companies with worse reviews.

They just kept saying that they don't control the electricians. Who else does? They wanted me to run long extension cords outside and across the lot leaving the "secure", locked doors open, exposing everyone's equipment to outsiders. People are living in their units. There are people drinking and partying and sleeping in outdoor units every time I go there. Unsafe and dirty. Only cool thing is they allow music but there are too many bands and the noise makes it too difficult to be productive. There are some awesome people who rent here though. If they would have been good business people they would have provided me a refund like I requested at least 3 times.
