Customer service rep lied to me under record audio and said there was a cover for my vehicle. Also told me it was the last spot so to hurry and book. When I arrived at facility lady was nice but guy had lied to me. No cover for my vehicle and it was many spots left. Don't let their customer service reps scam you like they did me. Smh read more

Do NOT rent from these people long term! Not only will they NEVER return your calls! (They're Lying when they say they value your business), They will raise your rent every 6 months!!! I previously used Public Storage before and I did everything online. The process is so easy. I first setup reservation for a different company because I was renting a truck as well, the day that I reserved was no longer available so I was stuck with no where to put my belongings. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received. Since day one they have made mistakes with my account. First day I got my storage I told them that I was going to Target to pick up a lock and a rental truck to move in my items. That I would be returning at 6:30 pm and if that was acceptable. They gave me the ok and that I wouldn't have any problems. But sure enough I came with the 2 friends I recruited to help me move and they had placed their own lock on it and I was unable to get into my unit. Had to find 2 other friends and rent the truck an extra day. Then I spoke to a girl named Candice to let her know I'm moving out of state, I gave her my forwarding address and added my mother to the account. Not only did she talk to my mother like a child and talked to her in the rudest way I have ever seen someone talk to my mother, but she never did her job and updated our information. I know this because after receiving my latest bill I realized that that had increased my bill with out warning. I called several times trying to get an explanation for the increase and no one returned my call. When I finally get a call back it's Candice wondering why I haven't paid my bill. If they listened to their voice mail they would know why. I explain my situation and she says that they sent me a postcard. I mention that I never received such a thing. She asked for my address and then gets upset with me because I never updated my address. Really??!! I told her that I did go there and speak to her and she sarcastically said, "Thank you for updating your address." I had my credit card ready to pay but she told me I would have to pay late fees and the additional money I wasn't informed about. I am working on getting things arranged to move out of that storage. And I will NEVER use Public Storage ever again due to Candice and this very location. read more
