I think public storage at this location deserves 10 stars! I've been with this property for awhile, and they are really patient and willing to work with their customers. Over the years, that I've been with Public storage at this property.. I've gotten to learn how wonderful these people are, I mean they are really about helping the customer, I feel very safe with them, I would like to thank Linda, and Chameleon, whom, I started off with when I went through hard times on the phone.. they took the time to understood the tough times and was able to help me and the same thing with Nikki and Joanne, and Kira, and even Mr. Lovelace, they all have taken into consideration that sometimes It's tough for the customers and they all have stepped in, and not just once but a few times.. They stepped in and accept many late payments, and still kept my unit safe. I mean these people are Awesome! Hey two words to describe this crew of the employees on this location.. Altruistic! Epic! I'm happy to report that I used this location Public Storage on 10/11/2015, and they have the best customer service. Sarah, is awesome!!! This lady helped me so much, she knows her job well. Let me tell you that I was in a situation where I had to move ASAP and Sarah took my first phone call and helped me to the end. She's fast and extremely good customer service. I had to return the next day and I received a smiling face from Selena, who was also great! I'll definitely tell everyone I know to use this location. thanks! read more

I must say she was so cool and professional. She told me deals and answered every question I asked! I understood public storage rules and guidelines for me as a customer. I just started to rent with them but Amanda was great, she answered all my questions an really knew what she was talking about felt bad because she was sick an not feeling good but helped me anyways with a good attitude will definitely be doing business with them from here on out with any of my storge needs. read more
