People are ok, but do not be deceived by the low rate to start, 3 months later your rate will substantially increase and will continue to do so every 3 months mine started at 150 a month 3 months later im at 220, 3 months later at 300, while same units still advertised at 150 so it's great if you need it short term, but long term might as well rent a house!!! And if you wanna talk to the property manager you'll have to blow up the phones, they dont respond to voicemails. read more

Very accommodating on a tight timeline. Was able to move right in and just the right size. Customer service was on point.

Bobbi was very helpful and friendly. Only reason I haven't given a 5 star is that the reservation invoice that I received quoted 'Total move in cost of $25 and I ended up paying $90!' They omitted to mention you needed to buy a lock for $20, everyone needs one of these so why don't they tell you on the reservation details. Because I signed up mid month and they bill from the 1st of the month had to pay the next months rental as well. Climate control is what they say but then was today to buy a humidity product to soak up the moisture so where'e the climate control?! Hope it all works out ok as I am still concerned the unit is actually 5x7 seems a lot smaller than my last one. Will measure it as now a bit concerned . read more

Had a bad experience here. Manager was rude when I asked him a question. Tried to contact the district manager several times about my bill (when the office wouldn't help)...he never responded. No one could help me....very frustrating. They seemed to not care about public relations. read more
