I went in today and rented my cube I reserved. I had the upmost service today from Nicole & Diana. These ladies were awesome and were so sweet and very knowledgeable. They helped me from the start of renting a cube to using the truck they had on site to move my items from my house to the storage facility. They made the process easy for me. Not a secured storage unit per the manger someone used a fake account to break in my storage unit stole all my stuff they have yet to find out who did it even with all the cameras I definitely don't recommend especially if you have a lot of valuable things read more

Well next mouth I have to move out of this Storage place. I was paying 48.00 month for a 5x10 and 12 insurance so 60.00 Rate increase started about 2 years ago and now new bill is 177.00 a month 12 insurance = 190.00 a month. Drives me bonkers for new person coming on their website shows 48-55 month and regular rate is 81.00 a month. Last time manament told me price increases is based on demand and they are full...I laugh and said that funny cause on 2th floor there is 21 empty units. I'm Disabled I can't afford these rate increases every cpl of months= basically 400% increase...Today I just got another rate increase of 31.00 Rating is based 5 star for very nice place one of if not the best places for clean and secure. 1 star for price increases every 4 months give another 2 years my unit would cost 354.00....so 3 star rating overall read more

***UPDATE:*** If you look below my review, "Dan A. from BeeSafe" responded and asked me to email them with my "account and contact information" so I did. I've been waiting for two weeks for a reply to that email (see attached photo). No reply has come. So I can only assume their reply to this review was to save face publicly and seem like they care. Spoiler alert: they don't. They WILL raise your rates without warning. And if you call to ask them why, they'll act dumb and literally say "I don't know why but you have to pay it or get out within 30 days" For the stupid ploy of asking me to email them and then ignoring my email, my review just went from a three star to one star and I'll be moving my stuff out ASAP and warning everyone away from this shady business. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** I've been storing my stuff in this place for 2.5 years. There are pros and some BIG cons you need to watch out for: CONS: CON #1: In 2.5 years, my rent has gone up 42% over the course of three unannounced price increases. Yes, you read that right. From $180 per month to over $250 per month. No warnings. No emails. No snail mail. No phone call. Just log in to pay my bill as usual and hit with unexpected rate hikes. On top of this, the "convenience fee" for paying with a credit card (as if there were any other way) has gone from $1 to nearly $5. So that's a fun insult to injury. I called and spoke to someone at the location to inquire about the latest increase. She said she didn't know why there was an increase and insisted I was informed by mail. There's been 3 different price increases since I've been there (in just 2.5 years) and I was not informed by mail or any other method before any of them. She also told me that I'm apparently "lucky" because other units similar to mine now rent for $300+. CON #2: The same lady (I'm assuming the new manager...she wasn't the manager when I first rented the unit) called me one day last year in a huff accusing me of leaving a pile of trash outside the building. It's true that I had been there earlier in the day to grab a small box out of my unit but at no time was I moving any large amounts of stuff in or out of the place and I was especially not leaving piles of stuff around the building. After explaining this, it's clear she didn't believe me but still hung up. So yeah, that's always fun getting scolded and blamed for things you didn't do at a place you pay out the nose for month after month. Great customer service. CON #3: I should have known this would be a problem before I moved in but it didn't seem like it would be, but there is zero lighting in the units. None. It doesn't seem like a big deal when there's nothing in them because the light from the hall comes in. But once you have stuff in there, it becomes a problem fast if you're looking for something. Yes, you can have a flashlight in one hand but still...with the amount of money this place charges per month, lighting should be a given. Like I said, though...this one is on me for not realizing this would be more of a problem before I even agreed to move my stuff in. PROS: The facility is clean and the climate control is really nice. I avoid going there on Saturdays and Sundays so I never have to dodge around a bunch of people moving in/out. There's always carts available and there is a bathroom on site, and it is always clean as well. So the place itself is really nice. But the disposition of the new manager and the relentless price increases make it very hard to like this place. If it weren't such a pain to move everything to another facility, I'd have done it long ago. read more

I am currently using this storage facility and it's been great! The facility is clean and offers climate control. Our unit is true to size and offers plenty of vertical space for stacking. While we were moving in Tyrell(facility manager) asked how we were doing, offered us water and offered easy access in and out of the doors since we were unloading a truck load. He didn't register us in so he had no idea how long we were patrons. I say that because he wasn't just being nice because we just signed up, we have had the unit for almost two months and finally had time to move in. The facility plays music and will be offering coffee in the main office. There are carts available for use and even a moving truck for local moves...for a small fee. Ladies! There is a bathroom on site and it was clean! I hope they keep up their great customer service because I definitely recommend them. read more

She always greets me upon arrival in the office, even if she's with a customer. The entire place, office, storage area, both elevators, & bathroom is always bright & clean. No musty, dusty, or moldy smells at any time in any part of this place. I feel safe enough to go alone. There are security cameras all over. In addition, she patrols the area and asks customers if they need anything. She's not sitting around on her phone or on the internet. Also they provide 3 large flatbed dolleys for customers to use, and having an air conditioned building meant so much when we moved stuff in during the summer.
