What the heck?! That is not a referral fee. You either offer a special to the new tenant or you don't. You either pay a referral fee or you don't. What you don't do is lead people on. Keep in mind, when you look online, the one month free rent is advertised. It is not an either or situation. Extremely frustrated and feeling taken and abused by this company. I will NOT refer to them in the future. I now see what business means to them.

Learned the elevator shuts down if doors held open too long. How do you move large heavy things off an elevator then if the doors don't stay open? Learned birds in the building can get easily electrocuted on wires and shut the entire facility down. Learned my lesson, never use a multiple floor storage unit, ever. How do you hold a facility like this accountable? Fire department? Very unhappy with service elevator.
