Super clean, very nice facility to store your stuff. Temperature controlled and spotless. I highly recommend

Two days in a row this February the elevator to access the 2nd floor was not working!!!! How will I expect to move any heavy items down in an upcoming move without having to coordinate a day when the elevator is working. Learned the elevator shuts down if doors held open too long. How do you move large heavy things off an elevator then if the doors don't stay open? Learned birds in the building can get easily electrocuted on wires and shut the entire facility down. Learned my lesson, never use a multiple floor storage unit, ever. How do you hold a facility like this accountable? Fire department? Very unhappy with service elevator. read more

This might be a good place if you only need a month or two of temporary storage. But for anything longer, be prepared for significant price increases every few months. In 12 months my monthly rental (10 x 15) as gone from $177 to $230 to $306. Last year they had onsite managers that were friendly and helpful, but they appear to have closed the onsite office. read more

My fiancée and I are in the process of buying a house (which, as everyone knows, is a nightmare right now). I have always had a tendency to shop, acquire things and save anything I can justify saving. While I wouldn't consider myself a hoarder (yet), our rental was overflowing, even with me storing some things in a friends' garage. I was SO skeptical about a storage unit (waste of money, safety, access etc.), but it was literally becoming a space issue at home and we hated imposing on a friend. I did a quick Google and noticed the excellent rating for Public Storage, and that the highest reviewed location was close by. Y'all, this place is SO DOPE- I did all the registration, payment, document signing etc online in like 15 minutes (get the app, it's awesome). We took a load of stuff to drop off after office hours, and I literally used the app on my phone to open the automatic doors into the building. My unit was easy to find and already had a lock inside (provided by Public Storage). Everything was clean, the temperature was comfortable inside and they have carts to move things from the car to your storage unit. I didn't think it was possible to enjoy the experience of putting things into a storage unit, but I genuinely had a nice time. If you have stuff to store, this is THE place to store it. read more

There was no one on sight to assist with move in. We were able to follow the directions on our app and complete the move in. We brought our own lock to save the $20 fee for the lock they provide but there was no one available to ask if our lock was approved by their facility(this was stated in the contract). We specifically rented a climate controlled space and there was no AC working. We contacted the company via their email on the website to report this issue and ask for confirmation of receiving our email and a resolution to the issue. The website indicated 12 hour response time. That has not happened either. So...I moved my items in on a 90 degree plus day with 89% humidity with no one to assist and no A/C working properly in the building. They have taken my money but not delivered on the product I bought. Lesson for me...never sign without a site visit no matter how wonderful the reviews online report. read more

My mother-in-law's home was completely flooded. We had (what could be saved) 44 years of furniture, clothes and memories that needed to be stored. Denise was amazing - so friendly and caring. She was a bright spot in a very horrible situation. She made sure we got exactly what we needed and always did so with a smile. Additionally, this facility is very conveniently located. My experience at Public Storage was absolutely amazing and I would even say a pleasure! As a college student I am constantly noticing how businesses try to swindle and take advantage of me because of my age and position as an out of state student, but that anxiety was so unnecessary in this case! From the very beginning of the process I have had excellent customer service who has answered any and all questions I have had. Denise helped me to make an appointment to move in and then during that appointment she took me on a comprehensive tour and answered my many MANY questions. Denise is the store manager and has worked with the company for many years and she is one of the most pleasant and positive people I have ever met. Could not recommend this place more! I found myself needing to get a small storage unit to store some things I don't have room for currently. I found a great deal online that showed a 5x5 for only $28 a month and the first month for $1! I thought that was awesome. I looked for fine print just to make sure that was legit and I wouldn't end up being charged a lot more. I saw where it listed there would be a $25 one-time sign up fee but that's all that was mentioned online when I reserved the unit. When I got there, the employee showed me the unit, looked fine. The building and units are clean and well-kept. She did her job well and was somewhat friendly. It was after, when it was time to pay, that she mentioned I have to buy their special lock for $22 and I have to pay for monthly insurance on the unit. That is not an option, you must get an insurance plan on it. The cheapest one was for $11 a month. So I ended up paying around $57 after all the extra fees.. and every month after it will be $39, not $28 as as listed online. I just wish I would have been made aware of these extra fees beforehand. Hidden fees are the worst. read more
