I stored my property with them on their lot. After it being there 1 month I went by to add some new things I had purchased while waiting to close on our house. Upon entering I first noticed all other containers were propped on wooden blocks but mine was not the blocks were next to the container. The front was elevated in the air and the back wheels were embedded into the asphalt leaving it sitting on the ground. I opened the container only to find mouse droppings there was a worker on the grounds I pointed this out to him he got his broom and swept it out. I took pictures!! He said notify the office which I did and was told it would be lifted and poison placed outside. Got my container and yes there were mice living in my stuff DISGUSTED!!! Droppings everywhere and yes you sign a contract waiving them of all responsibility BUT I happened to take out their extra insurance. After being told twice not their responsibility my loss I called the insurance company 3x's left 2 voicemails no return call and their voicemail states fill out a claim online. There is no claim to fill out online but they give you an email. I did everything I thought to right with packing, cleaning and storing. I packed absolutely NO grocery of any kind for multiple reasons only to still become a victim of these rodents. Mobile Attic has been a life saver for me. For months I had been slowly moving Items from my "old house" to my " new House". Needless to say, all the stuff I Was moving was all the non essential Items we have collected over the past 35 years and I had the bright idea I was Going to go through it all and get rid of Alot of it. It was taking forever. My daughter Had used mobile attic before and suggested I call. They explained how their service Worked, and as luck has it, were able to Deliver the next day. Absolutely by far the best choice when deciding to move yourself. Mobile Attic, provided an option for the real estate rule; "at closing, you must be totally out of your house." They dropped off the storage attic at my current residence without anyone having to be home so that I could fill it. They then worked around several attempted house closings by changing there pickup and transfer date several times for me. After finally closing on the sold house, they delivered the attic about 100 miles to my new location, without my presence again and with great care for my belongings. I needed to move furniture into a new house from my storage unit, and I absolutely loved Phil and Sam! Super professional, very careful and attentive, and overall really easy-going and easy to work with. When I previously moved furniture into my storage unit, I used ABC movers and they honestly did a horrible job. A few very valuable furniture pieces came out of there broken and cracked, which was upsetting. Phil and Sam took this into consideration and were very conscious and respectful of my valuables, as though they belonged to them. Terrific Product, Terrific Service! Renovating the house. Needed 2 pods. We had 1 for 2 months before we ordered the 2nd. It was wonderful having our belongings on our property. Josh and Michael had them out when they said they would. When I called, they were always attentive, nice, polite and helpful. These pods are secure. When our "man cave" was broken into, they were unable to get into the pods even theough they did try. WONDERFUL! Drivers were courteous and willing to give advice. Mobile Attic was a godsend for our situation. We had a pipe burst in the kitchen and the water ruined flooring in 3 rooms. Thanks to Mobile Attic we had a place to store our household goods and furniture while the flooring was being replaced. And since Mobile Attic was right outside my backdoor, I could retrieve things I needed while the work was being done. Excellent experience with Mobile Attic for our home renovation. Started with one large container, ended up adding another in the middle of the project. Pricing was better than their major competitor, and the customer service was excellent. Driver was very friendly and professional, and made sure my unit was exactly where I wanted it. For pickup - my yard was so wet due to the rain - they delayed my pickup a few days for free - as to not cause major damage to my front yard with their truck. Would recommend. read more

Michael called me 3 min after I put in a quite request on their site. He gave me his best price and told me there would be no charge in case they could not set the Pod down where I wanted it. They positioned it exactly where I asked them to base on my conversation with Kara about the contract she emailed me. The Pod was impeccable and very easy to use. I used these guys to store my items in while my home was being renovated and all my furniture and items were ruined. All the units were leaking and retaining water. I contacted the management and owner at the facility locally and they did nothing and the owner was even terribly rude to me and informed me I should have purchased the insurance,if I thought they were sending 3 damaged units to me I would have. I'm currently suing these clowns. read more

Brian was excellent in delivery and pick up on time (giving a call when on the way) and placed the 19' unit in a challenging spot in a culdesac.
