I'm also especially appreciative of the staff who have been helpful any time I've needed to interact with the business office. Rick over the last few days has been extremely helpful, professional, and a joy to work with. We had an issue and he went way out of his way to take care of it for us and it's because of him that we plan to continue storing here as long as we need it. The only drawback with this location is that it desperately needs reinforced fencing twice the height in the back.

On June 29 a Staff member stated no Uhaul trucks allowed in the Bay Area (Tunnel) per the owners. Rude staff member threatening to call the police and banning me from the property if I didn't comply with her wishes. I said for her to call them because the sign clearly states no truck over 20 feet and we were in a 17 foot. Due to her behavior, I moved completely out of the unit instead of my original plan.
