Ultimately I decided on a smaller unit bc I just needed a space to store boxes. I was able to choose the space, insured it and set up the date I wanted the rental to start. Easy as could be. On the day I wanted to start dropping things off, I got a text with the gate code and found a lock to use inside the storage unit when I arrived. I'm also especially appreciative of the staff who have been helpful any time I've needed to interact with the business office. Rick over the last few days has been extremely helpful, professional, and a joy to work with. We had an issue and he went way out of his way to take care of it for us and it's because of him that we plan to continue storing here as long as we need it. The only drawback with this location is that it desperately needs reinforced fencing twice the height in the back.
