Unfortunately, security is a big issue here. I had my RV stored here for a couple months and while I was out of town on business, I was contacted by the staff to let me know my trailer was broken in to. When I got there a few days later, yes it absolutely was broken in to. Completely ransacked. $4,000 worth of damages caused. I wasn't able to get it taken out of storage quickly, due to damages caused (long story)... so I installed my own surveillance camera on to the trailer. Not even one week after putting up my own camera, there was another attempted break in. While it was in the shop for repairs (for 8 weeks), I decided to try my luck elsewhere by moving to another storage center. I know storage can be a risk, but multiple break-ins over a two week period is not good. read more

This company's corporate pricing practices are on the edge of fraudulent. They sold me a 10x10 unit for $77/month starting in July 2025. In October 2025 they emailed me saying my rate would go up to $106/month!!! They claim that this increase is due to "market conditions". I checked their website and they're now offering the same 10x10 to new customers for $55/month. So it seems the "market" went down, not up, in the very brief time since I joined. I'm not expecting them to lower my rent, but I'm sure as HECK not expecting them to try and jack it up 38% after just a few months, with zero legitimate rationale. This is just a case of them hoping that I'll be too lazy to move. Well joke is on them, because I can literally pay movers to move everything to a nearby storage unit and still save more than what they're trying to charge me. Other than that, the physical facilities are clean and nice, no complaints. The local staff are actually quite friendly and as helpful as they can be. The app is glitchy, which is annoying but not a deal-breaker. If you only need storage for a couple months, this is a great option. If you're expecting to need the unit for years, this is going to be a constant battle/negotiation. read more

The online renting process was easy and the facility is nice and clean. However, trying to talk to a human at the location of on the phone with customer service was unnecessarily difficult. We arrived at the facility and didn't see the property manager in the office. We were able to get into the facility with our access code but didn't know that we should rip off the plastic seal to open our storage unit to get the lock inside. We had to call to get that information. When we needed to upgrade our unit to a larger one, the customer service person was not well informed and in a position to help. I had to walk around to find a prepped and available unit to confirm whether we could switch our reservation to the one. When we came back with an appointment, the property manager took care of the lock refunds and we had a pleasant experience resolving the issues. I loved using the app to open the gate and doors. The facility feels secure as well. When things go well, this is fantastic. But when you need help, it's really tough. read more

Would give negative stars if I could. Nobody is here at the front desk. I can't talk to a physical person by calling the help number. The property manager doesn't answer their phone. I've been here for an hour trying to drop my stuff off and use my storage unit I PAID FOR. This is a nightmare. What am I paying for? Do not come here if you're looking for storage or help at all. Customers please beware. We had our camping trailer in this facility for only four days before a thief tripped the gate and stole it, then came back a few hours later and stole another one! Public Storage is supposed to check the facilities daily to make sure the trailers are all there, but no one there ever bothered. Our trailer was already stolen for five days when my husband went to Public Storage to repair our trailer when HE was the one that discovered it was stolen! If this Public Storage did their job, maybe the theft could have been discovered within a few hours with a chance of recovering our trailer, but at this point, I don't think we'll see that trailer and everything that was inside it ever again. We also complained a couple of times previously that the gate that was supposed to secure the trailers was wide open for anyone to come through. It's supposed to be a locked gate with key code entry only at all times. Obviously this is not a reliable or secure place to keep your valuables. read more

By Far one of the worst storage unit places i have ever experienced. i haven't even had the storage unit for a month and the gave me lock that was quite struggling to use. the key would get stuck inside the locker and one day the key wasn't able to come and the key got stuck in the lock... making me unable to get into my unit. trying to call this place is a joke and nobody seems to ever respond. this place is "brand NEW" few days after all of a sudden the elevators stopped working and nobody can't get the the higher floors an there's no stairway that u have access to unless there is a worker an the last "2" times that there rarely ever there they had to go around an use a key to get to the floors for us to access too. both times they said to get big rocks so that the doors stay open otherwise they will lock again.... mention again i haven't even been here for a month and the only thing they were "able" to do was give me a $25 credit for NEXT MONTHS BILLING?!?!?! $25 dollar credit just for me to not be able to access my stuff.. it's extremely frustrating and really annoying and they have gave me the worst experience. i shouldn't have to hope to get into a storage unit that i pay for. read more

I would give negative reviews if possible. I have had over 8 storage units in the past year and most have been with Public Storage- however my wife and I made the move to Las Vegas from Phoenix- needless to say we had a lot of stuff. long story short the hyper vigilant and overzealous manager "Glenda" was literally right next to us the entire time telling us we only had 30 min otherwise we are loitering and need to leave. I am sorry but who can move an entire house full of stuff in 30min. Not to mention we had to rent the truck to facilitate all of this. She is the absolute worst employee I have dealt with at any establishment and was extremely disrespectful. We are not the only ones who experienced this situation as other patrons were outside upset with her and how she was acting. This will be the last time using this establishment solely because of Glenda. BEWARE! Rent at your own risk! read more
