This property is terrible. It is in a bad neighborhood and items are not safe. I and a dozen other people were broken into in 2010. We were forced to buy insurance and yet 5 years later I still have not been paid the insurance amount which was far less than my loss. Do not rent from here. read more

We had our items in storage for over 3 years. The place is clean and our items were kept safe. My only complaint is the monthly fee going from $75 to over $100 in that time period. I tried to ask for it to be lowered on the phone but they were unwilling to help (locally or nationally). It wasn't due to a demand issue just increase in fee. On a side note, when we did check out Roxi said that she may have been able to help us with lowering since we were on auto payment. Unfortunately, I didn't speak to Roxi on the phone when I called 6 months ago to question about the increase. read more

This place is a joke. My rent has gone up three times in a year without any sort of notice. I will never use them again.

The property was clean and my items were kept safe. Only downside was that the rent continues to be raised annually.

Excellent customer service experience from Robert. Walked in and got a unit the same the same day. Robert took me around to multiple units to fit the most efficient to fit my truck. I was not expecting such great personal service, but I got it, and am very pleased. It was fine until I realized I'd been paying more than I should have for at least a year. We began with a promo, and it's expected for the price to raise 6mo or so after the promo with most things, but they ended up raising our cost every few months in the last year, and when I finally checked around to see if there was a better deal, I discovered we'd been overpaying by $40/mo AT LEAST!! When they first raised our cost, I didn't think anything of it. Then, when they started raising again every few months, I checked around and even contacted the manager of the unit to try and find a better deal or consolidate space or ANYTHING to help us financially. The customer service was lazy and uneventful, not helpful at all ("Ok come on down and we'll talk about it" -- "Ok come look for a better deal"). I don't have time or gas or money to waste on doing the research myself IF IT'S THE SAME STORAGE COMPANY (transferring from unit to unit)!!!! That's what customer service is for!! Even when I contacted the company itself rather than going through the manager of the location, they basically said I'm on my own. WHAT A CRAP COMPANY!!!! I'm going to seek partial refunds for sure. read more

The rent is a bit pricy, but i rented on the spot because of such awesome customer service. I came in about fifteen minutes before they were normally closing. I did not know that the rental process would take about 45 minutes total. Roxy, the front desk and rental clerk walked me around and showed me all the different size units available so i could find one that fit my needs best, and then walked me through the entire rest of the rental process, including the entire disclosure, step by step, making it extremely easy to understand and she did it all with an awesome attitude. I was going to rate my experience four stars because of the cost,...but i will rate it five because of such excellent service. Thanks Roxy! You rock! The facility was also very clean and that is also why i am rating it so high! read more

The manager was the rudest person I have ever encountered! Online when I placed my reservation I was told it would be $25 to move in. A $1 introductory rate for the first month plus a $24 admin fee. We did a walk-through and all of the paperwork and it came time for payment, and he asked for almost $60! I asked where the difference came from and he said that he REQUIRES that I buy the lock for my unit from him... Even though I already had a lock with me, of higher quality, he would not allow a lock other than one purchased from him to be used, and was very rude about it. I do not need him having a master key and being able to access my unit when I'm not there. He also kept asking me very personal questions regarding my employment and even asked for my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! I have NEVER had a storage facility ask questions like that. This manager is a CROOK! I walked out, and was cursed at while doing so. VERY disappointed, as my family has used Public Storage several times in the past, but we will NEVER use it again, and will tell this story to everyone we know that needs storage. read more
