I've had storage here for maybe 1/2 a year now. The employees are nice I never had any issues with them, however I was promised that the storage is temperature controlled and it seems like the a/c has been broken the last couple of months now. It's hotter inside the stage unit than it is outside! I've also never seen it be cleaned, the floors are rather dirty on the first floor. I've seen a couple roaches very close to my unit. I recently moved apartments so I got a unit at a public storage in Deerfield beach. So far that one is super clean and cold, a/c works there! read more

The property manager "Donna" is a character. Very nice- nasty, the high chipper, energetic thing is an act. She's very immature to have the title that she does. Prices are lower elsewhere, carts are never available. There's storage places to choose from not too far up the street, choose them. read more

Great check-in experience. Donna was extremely friendly and helpful taking the time to walk me through the site and process.

They increased my monthly rent by almost 50% of what I was paying with no explanation or notice as to the increase coming. Still trying to figure out what happened but haven't been able to get anyone in the phone when I call in or a return call for the messages left so far. read more

Do not rent here. They keep increasing my rate every 6 or 12 months. Not a few dollars ... sometimes $30 or $40 which is a 20% increase. More you stay with them, more they penalize you for being their customer. This is the weirdest thing in the world. I ll move my storage to another company. read more

Nice new clean storage location. Pricing was better than other locations. Only downsize is that the halls are very narrow, but they have elevators and dolly's so was not much of an issue to load. read more

Bait and switch rates. BEWARE $30 rate increases in less than 6 months totally ridiculous to take advantage of customers. There are other storage facilities that have flat rates for years and if there is an increase it's minimal and definitely not every six months. There are also hidden fees when signing up. There is one lady working here so if she is showing a unit the office is shut down no phone calls are answered and you have to wait outside the locked front door. DO NOT RENT HERE!! We rented two 10X15 units and they were supposed have AC and every time we would come to our units the AC barely worked. Some of our stuff was ruined by the heat. I attempted to contact the district manager and he NEVER called me back. The onsite managers even said ya level 2 is the warmest floor in the building. Then why did you sell me on units that were not up to standards. The elevators are horrible they would close so quickly making the move so much harder and they never had enough carts. read more

This is not the storage company you want to choose. There is no garbage or trash cans available to the clients. They are under staffed and not accessible or knowledgeable when you need help. There business model is based on volume and late fees . Do yourself a favor and pick any storage company other then public storage. They are not there to support your needs read more

I want to start by thanking the employer who appointed Dan as the leader of staff at this location. He showed professionalism and a placid inclination and disposition. I have stored my personal belongings on this property for several years now without issues besides the price which continues to go up the longer I stored with them and a handful of altercations with the girl in the main office. My dad put my unit under his name but never stored anything on the property. Unfortunately my father died about 3 months ago and as I went to make my payment for the unit, I opened my fat mouth about his death and the young girl who runs the office, during the day not only refused to allow me to make the payment at that time but was completely insincere to me as I told her my dad died unexpectedly. Before hurricane Irma, I had worries about damage therefore moved whatever I had left of him to the unit including police equipment as he served over 30yrs with the sheriffs office. Recently I had a home invasion where my keys were stolen, my truck vandalized and 9 firearms taken. My storage unit keys were attached to one of the stolen sets of car keys and i received certified letters from public storage disclosing a lien on my property because of failure to pay. Because of this I paid the amount owed online along with late fees because i was refused payment at the beginning of the month. I put the serial numbers to the weapons in my unit and now need them to give the police. My father was not married and I am the only child, next of kin. The young woman who works downstairs had me pay an additional $13 of late fees and THEN proceeded to tell me that she would not allow me to enter the unit and I needed to present them with a death certificate which I also stashed in the unit, and a notarized affidavit showing I am now the legal owner of his estate meanwhile they know he never stored anything in their units. No problem I said and asked then they will allow me in the unit and she told me no as she ignorantly rolled her eyes at me and said it's not up to them, that they have to mail it to California and they will make the decision wether they want to allow me to regain access to my property or not. So i disappointedly asked her how long that usually takes as she shrugged her shoulders at me and said it's a long process. I told her i dont have that much time that I needed to give the police certain documentation from the unit and she shrugged again. I asked her if I needed to continue making payments every month to a unit I am being denied access to and she said yes if I didn't want my things sold at auction. So I asked if it could take months? And she said it could, that it is different for every situation. I WOULD have given my rating 1 star had I not spoke with Dan (the property manager or GM) this evening. Had it been possible, I'd have given a 0 star rating for how ignorant and rude to me the girl was especially to make me feel as worrisome as she made me feel with her choice of words and negative body language. Her unprofessionalism has caused me to frantically worry about losing all I had left of the only person I had in my life. Gratefully, I arrived before Dan punched out of work because he KINDLY AND SINCERELY explained how quick and easy the process of me regaining access to my unit will be. He was immensely comprehensible to the entire situation. Very clean, well-lit, good neighborhood, lots of parking, easy in-out for trucks, very nice staff.

Not recommended. Charged rent for entire month for checking out 1day《!!!》 Later! What's a Shame you guys couldn't adjust the rate! !

Absolute best facility we've ever used for storage. Clean, easy loading and unloading and an awesome staff providing top notch service!
