Scardenia is such a great lady, and very hard-working to make the place presentable and run efficiently. She helped me with an issue on the app that wouldn't let me use the Bluetooth gate open feature and she showed me how to fix it. She does not get enough credit and deserves a raise Public Storage you guys need to take care of your employees. read more

I don't like that you can't get ahold of a real person. The phone person is very helpful but I need a real person.

I've just rented from the property....Im having trouble retrieving my monies that I spent online and had to pay twice for the storage. Hopefully, I'll get refunded my first charge... I don't want to put this on the actual location.. but I can say that I was only given an 833 number to call about my first charge. I'd have hoped to be helped more by onsite management regarding the issue... read more

The new manager keeps the property clean and stays on top of anybody breaking the rules to keep it safe and better for everybody

During my 4 year lease, I enjoyed using this facility. I remember Jo helping me find the best size space for my items-I initially reserved a much larger space. The rent was fair and the location was very convenient as well. I did value how the local branch and the company overall communication about any changes to their tenants. The only issue that I have with the location is its upkeep. The units need some attention. Moisture and debris would constantly be in the unit. I found my self sweeping and clean during every visit to my unit- If needed again, I would opt for indoor storage. The checkout process was extremely easy Tiffany, whom was very kind and friendly aided me. One thing I didn't understand or value was whenever I may have made a partial payment prior to my actual due date. It was always quite annoying and alarming to receive those calls. I'd understand if I might wrote the wrong payee on a check or paid some outrageous amount. Overall it was a great experience. read more

I have rented a fairly large space here since 2011. The space is primarily filled with my dead mother's belongings. The staff has been courteous, most of the time. BUT, recently, for the past two or three months, I was not able to pay within the five day limit and was charged a late fee. No problem. BUT 2, when I could not pay until the end of the month, and I did pay, my lock was cut, and I received a notice saying my goods would be sold. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. RUDE. Never in any business dealings has a rental property been so quick to threaten and go as far as cut my lock. It's not like I didn't pay, i PAID LATE. UGLY. Even before this event, when I paid past the 5th, I would receive phone calls. WHY? I have been a good customer for almost 7 years. And this is the way I am treated, for a very expensive storage space. LOOK ELSEWHERE. read more

I would give Marriam a 5 star due to how she handled me and the other customers concerns. But y'all would believe how comfortable she made me feel leaving my thing at her facility. My situation was handled in a professional way. Marriam was very understanding and she went out her way to help me. From reserving a unit was the easy part. Once I got to the location I couldn't get through the gate. My code wasn't recognizable. Then once I got to my unit that was assigned to me, the lock wasn't in the unit. So Marriam not only helped me with one issue but two issues all was handled in a timely mannered between customers. read more

We have had a unit at this particular Public Storage location for about 6 months now. At the beginning of renting this unit, we specifically asked about pest control. We were told that the units are regularly sprayed for pests and they do not have an issue with pests. In the past few weeks, we have gone back to the unit multiple times, only to find a cockroach infestation that has been getting worse and worse. I called a few weeks ago and miraculously was able to get someone on the phone. They told me to put some traps in there which we did. The next few times, the problem has gotten excessively worse. Yesterday we went to the unit and there were so many roaches in plain sight that we did not even walk into the unit. I called the office again, and someone answered the phone. When I alerted them of the infestation, they hung up on me. Tried calling back 6 or 7 times that day and left a message and no answer and no one got back to me. Today, same thing. Impossible to get ahold of someone and terrible customer service. On top of all this, they raised our bill, which we paid, to DOUBLE the price with no explanation. Considering the units are all within inches of each other and not well sealed (even for a "climate controlled" unit), I would guess this infestation is much larger than just our unit. There is roach feces in every inch of eyesight. This is a huge health concern. We are extremely unhappy with this location and would not recommend to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. read more
