You have to call the actual hardware store itself. I had to ask an employee at a neighboring company where the entrance was, and that's how I found out. Upon arrival, it took about 10 minutes for a Penske associate to come and assist me after being paged. Next, I was told that the truck I had reserved wasn't available, even though two were sitting outside. I was told I'd have to get a larger truck at no additional cost to me. I did not want that. I wanted the truck I reserved. It was then that I found out that, though my reservation was for that day, the other person who had reserved the same-size truck wasn't due to pick up her truck until three days later. The associate called and asked if the renter for the Monday reservation would be okay with a larger truck, so I could get the truck I reserved, but she refused. I was told they didn't have my truck available. Then magically, the truck showed up after I pointed out that there were two of the same-sized trucks outside that I had reserved. Apparently, one of their staff members did not inventory one of the trucks into the system after it was returned. So, I wound up getting the truck I reserved. The entire process took close to 40 minutes. I was frustrated, and no compensation was offered for my troubles. This wasn't impressive, given it was my first time renting from Penske. The associate seemed incompetent and disorganized, to say the least. It was a horrible experience. The truck didn't seem stable while I was driving, but it got me to my destination safely. I don't blame Penske for the issue; I blame only this particular location. My advice? RUN!!!

Still haven't heard back from them but they also have continued to try to bill me after I've communicated I want it canceled. Replace the property manager with someone of integrity and morals. Over all storage unit was ok, billing went up from $65 to 118 a month.

Now we are needing storage again, to include parking. This is the cleanest place EVER and the staff are warm and friendly and know how to listen to what the customer needs. It's not a chain storage facility at all. The manager keeps the facility very clean. Even the restrooms are so nice and clean.It is a gated property which makes us feel safe storing there. My Wife and I kept our camper at TJ's for almost two years. One of the reasons we chose this…read morefacility was because of the "perceived" security. TJ's website says you don't have to worry about people messing around with your camper, but should anything happen, TJ's master insurance policy "will make sure everything is taken care of". The website also states that they include a tire boot for all units stored outdoors. Our camper was stolen from TJ's almost two months ago in the middle of the night. The thrives breached the padlock gate, hooked up to our travel trailer, and drove away in less than 5 minutes. You might ask why the tire boot didn't stop them. Because their was no boot on the camper and their never had been the entire time we stored it there, to my knowledge. So much for security. We found out about the theft late the next day, after the police called us. Thomas, the owner, didn't give us that courtesy. When we asked what he thought had happened. He stated that although he didn't know for sure, it looked like the thieves could have used a key on the padlocked gate, which would indicate an inside job. Over the next two months, we called Thomas every few weeks to get an update on the insurance investigation, as he never proactively reached out to us. He initially told us that he had well over $100K worth of insurance and everything would be taken care of. After that, he never had any information for us except "They're working on it." He actually had the audacity to be rude a couple of times my Wife called him, almost as if he couldn't be bothered with speaking to customers of his who had their property stolen while it was in his care. Yesterday, we finally spoke to his insurance company and were notified that they would not be covering the loss. I still haven't gotten a good reason why. I immediately called Thomas to see if he planned to honor his word. He stated that he never told me everything would be taken care of. Basically, he has washed his hands of the whole ordeal and is accepting no responsibility. To make matters worse, he didn't even give us the courtesy of telling us directly, instead he called my Wife and gave her the phone number to his insurance company and said "She should call them." I won't make a recommendation as to whether or not you should do business with TJ's, but you should know that the security and insurance policy that they tout aren't as advertised and in our case, if you have a problem you'll be left to handle it on your own. We are very disappointed with how we were treated and by the ethics Thomas demonstrated.
