The facility is clean, air conditioned, required a code to get in, lots of security cameras so I felt safe even after hours. They sell locks, packing materials, have quality carts for your use, a clean restroom and water fountains. Plenty of room in the parking lot to navigate your vehicle and load / unload. I took today off and I have to be out of my apt Sunday and could be charged more money if I'm not. In other words these people are costing me hundreds of dollars. But then Sarah opened the door for me! Not only is Sarah a nice friendly person but she was phenomenally effective at taking care of my storage needs and putting my mind at ease.
