When I contacted the manager I was told there was nothing to do but pay the bill or get my stuff and leave. I called corporate. Their suggestion was for me to move my stuff into another 10x20 to cheaper rate... make it make sense. Then was told that I "might" get a better rate through the app/website than at the office of the facility. Again... make it make sense. Needless to say I'll be cleaning out my unit at the end of this month and they'll never see a dime more from me. Nice way to treat your customers who pay on time every month.
