I told her to place the order and asked her to contact me with an update. I then called last week to follow up and was told the order was then being placed. I called yesterday to confirm that the order was successfully placed (now 2 weeks in) only to get someone with a nasty attitude (I guess because she was busy talking to her friend in the shop about who they running into Charles the other day rather than workin to help a paying customer like me), who says, "no, the order wasn't placed because it wasn't time to order yet." At this point I feel like they're playing with me. Where is the communication? I wouldn't even care if there was good communication with appropriate updates. Just say something.
