Jessica makes you feel welcomed and appreciated as soon as you step inside the doorway. The menu has a very nice selection of meals for so many sorted flavors or cravings. Their appetizers are delicious and arrive quickly upon order. The building has a sports bar feel but family friendly atmosphere. They offer so many different activities and musical events for people to enjoy. Keep up the great job and we will be stopping in again soon when we are close to Dahlonega, can't wait to visit again.

    Meatloaf dinner

First visit, the place was decked out for Christmas. I had the Meatloaf, which consists of two slices that are seared on the flat top (unfortunately, mine were a little overly seared) along with two sides. Meatloaf was flavorful, and I chose the loaded mashed potatoes and glazed carrots for the sides, both were very good. My wife had the 12 ounce ribeye and it was cooked to order and delicious. Service was excellent throughout, thanks to Jade, our attentive server. They have a full bar and about 10 beers on draft. Nice food selection here, we will definitely return!

We stopped by and I cannot recommend this place enough. Our server was prompt, kind and gave great recommendations. We ordered a side of biscuits and our server gave us some gravy! Best gravy ever! A little kick and delicious. I had the tenders with sweet potato fries and they exceeded our expectations. A friend had the burger and shared it was massive and delicious! Everything was priced well! Ambiance is southern & local with a few added things like wallpaper.

Coffee encrusted Ribeye with Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

This is one of our Yelp finds. We were looking for dinner in Dahlanega and since we haven't been here before, where do you look? Yelp! Of course. Ratings for this place are correct! Nothing fancy here, just good food. Their French Onion soup is amazing! We also had their spinach and crab dip appetizer and it was very good. I had the coffee encrusted ribeye and it was cooked perfect. To me the Horseradish mashed potatoes could have used a tad more horseradish, but then I really like horseradish sooo.! My wife ordered the meatloaf and it was served with two big thick slices that was more than she could eat. She said the meatloaf itself was good, but the sauce was on the sweeter side and she likes tangy. Also the onions were still pretty crunchy and she would have preferred them more cooked. Final verdict, we would go back if we were up here.

Cute spot off the beaten path from busy downtown Dahlonega. Service was friendly & food was fresh made to order. The crab dip was unexpectedly good & had the right amount of kick. Their smash burger was also tasty & fresh! A solid good cheeseburger!!!! The chicken avocado with sweet potato fries were thoroughly enjoyed as well by my husband.

The burger and tater tots were also very good. The menu offers a wide variety of specialty burgers with plenty of customization options, including grass-fed beef for a small upcharge. Fair prices for the quality and quantity of food--definitely left in a food coma. Service: Service was efficient and the food came out well-prepared. No major issues during the visit. Atmosphere: Located in downtown Dahlonega, making it easy to explore nearby shops and dessert spots before or after your meal. The tavern has a darker, eclectic vibe with artwork, punk music, and a slightly edgy feel. The décor fits the restaurant's origins and personality, though the lighting--including in the restrooms--is quite dim. Parking downtown can be somewhat difficult during busy times.

I asked for some Tabasco sauce to help make the sandwich more palatable to eat, instead of being brought a bottle like most restaurants would give you they gave me a condiment cup full of Tabasco sauce, too much for anyone to use. When the bill came for an extra 50 Cent charge for it, I didn't fight it because it was 50 Cent and I just wanted to leave, but it was frustrating. I've never been charged for condiments / hot sauce at a restaurant I'm giving two stars because the server was nice and patient while we figured out what my little one needed to order she had to come back to the table a couple times, but they should have mentioned the surcharge for the hot sauce at the time that I requested it. Would I come back here again for a meal, no. Would I consider coming back to try a cocktail, maybe, only because overheard the bartender speaking to some patrons quite passionately about the flavors which they put together so I would give this part. Another chance even though the kitchen has lost my confidence,

If you are looking for the perfect blend of outdoor adventure, authentic Italian flavors, and…read morebreathtaking atmosphere in North Georgia, look no further than Trattoria di Montaluce. I have visited Montaluce Winery and Estates many times over the years, but I've always been on the move, never quite able to pause and soak in the full experience. This past weekend, while celebrating my birthday, my friends and I decided to change that. After a refreshing hike through the stunning property, we finally made time to stop in and it was everything I hoped it would be. The moment you step inside, you are transported. The interior aesthetics are absolutely gorgeous. There is a distinct, charming, and "campy" vibe that feels incredibly rustic and upscale at the same time. The taxidermy animals mounted on the walls add such a unique, authentic touch to the space. It's the kind of place you just don't find in chain restaurants. There is just something about a good wood-fired pizza that is unmatched. You can taste the quality and the craft in every bite. I ordered the classic Margherita pizza, and it was exactly what I needed after hiking. It was fresh, bubbly, and perfectly charred. To round out the meal, I paired my pizza with a glass of their signature apple wine. It was the perfect crisp accompaniment to the meal, capturing the essence of the Georgia mountains. Surrounded by real friends who truly celebrate you is a blessing within itself, and Trattoria di Montaluce provided the perfect backdrop for our birthday festivities. It's the kind of place where time slows down, allowing you to actually connect and enjoy the company you're with. If you find yourself finishing a day of wine tasting and hiking, and you think you might not have room for a full pizza, do not let that stop you! Order it anyway and take it home. Your future self will absolutely thank you for that delicious, wood-fired treat the next day. Whether you are a local or just visiting the North Georgia mountains, make sure the Trattoria at Montaluce is on your itinerary. It is a quintessential experience that I am so glad I finally carved out the time to enjoy. #DahlonegaEats #Montaluce #WoodFiredPizza #GeorgiaWineries #YelpElite #BirthdayCelebration #AshSaidIt #NorthGeorgiaLiving #ItalianDining #FoodieLife

The atmosphere inside doesn't remind me of an upscale winery, tables were cramped and tons of TVs were on showing sports. Food was good though!! The calamari was delicious and I loved the side sauces it came with. The mozzarella delight is amazing for mozzarella stick lovers because of the amount of cheese and perfect breading with sea salt on top. The vodka sauce pizza was okay, the prosciutto made it pretty salty but I really liked the pesto drizzled on top. The pappardelle was also good. The apple crisp skillet was mid. Wish the apples were cut up into smaller, easier to eat pieces. Our server forgot we moved inside and we saw our food sitting at the table outside and had to bring it in ourselves. Overall: pretty location and good food, service and interior aren't up to par if you're looking for a classy, high-end dinner experience I would pick somewhere else.

The motif is perfect from vintage art work on the wall to the hanging chandeliers and the big leather couches and chairs all in a very dark lighting. There is one way glass so you can see whoever comes into the store ( police or significant other) but they can't see you! Lol. And you can't leave through the front where you came in. You are guided to the back of the establishment to the back door which lets out into a narrow gangway then to the alley. I think Al Capone himself was going to jump out at me. lol. The bartenders/ mixologists further raise your experience by providing enjoyable banter and well made cocktails. Espresso Martini's and a Donut Raspberry Cheesecake were the drinks and dessert of choice and both were amazing.
