I used a debit card, which was a nice convenience. All in all, I would use this business again if I had the need, and would be better prepared as to what to expect.

Choosing a Dry Cleaning Service for some of your most expensive garments is a big deal…read more This was my first experience dropping off a beautiful vintage dress. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dry cleaners. I dropped off my dress and was surprised it had to be left 9 days before I could pick it up. On day 8 I called to see if perhaps my dress was ready 1 day early for pick up? I was told "No," my phone number was put in their system incorrectly by an employee and that they needed to call before cleaning the dress. They found a tear in my dress and did not clean it because they had to inform me of the garment issue. Well, I told them they had had the dress 8 days and it must have gotten torn at their location because when I dropped it off I had worn it two days before and it had no issues or I would have noticed because I even have photos of myself wearing it that show no problems on the front of the dress. I gave permission for them to clean the dress and was told I could pick it up anytime. I gave them 3 days more to clean the dress and was told pick it up it will be ready anytime on Monday. Monday I went to pickup my dress at 11:00 a.m. and was told by the same employee that the dress was not ready. He knew he told me it would be ready anytime and gave the excuse when he started the job of cleaning it two days before he didn't finish the work. What, I felt like this guy was kidding me? The worst service and I believe they ripped my dress. When I finally did pick up the dress they didn't charge me due to the bad service, & broken promises but it doesn't make up for the hassle I went through or that they ruined my vintage dress. I have never had a cleaner destroy my clothing and I wouldn't trust this location with my clothes again.

They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week.
