We were seated pretty quickly and waited on immediately. We ordered the buffalo chicken dip for an appetizer, and my wife and I shared a cheeseburger and fries. Both were very tasty. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs with refills, to go boxes etc. Great job to the team there. I just found out that OHSO is building another location by our home in Verrado. Hopefully this is true, as we will be regular visitors.

Getting seated, we didn't want a high top and it was the only thing available. The hostesses couldn't give us an estimate of what the wait time would be for a different table, but I'm realizing after our horrendous experience- they probably weren't trained. We ended up just taking the high top to negate any further confusion with a time estimate. It's crowded inside, and your table is crowded. The energy and atmosphere is tense and overwhelming. It's a sports bar, though- so I feel like that's consistent with any other sports bar you'd pop in to. We decided on the build your own appetizer to start, it came out room temperature. While our server was taking our order for the rest of the food (there was apparently an issue with the table next to ours and their food being taken to the incorrect table, again with poor training) the manager went out to the table next to ours to deliver food and turned to the server at my table, taking my order, and interrupted me to yell at her. He yelled at her about putting the incorrect table on the tickets and the food going to the wrong table, yelled at her the right table numbers( I guess for her to remember next time?), and then stormed off. Leaving our server, to pick up the pieces and apologize for an emotionally triggered man that should have some self control if he's leading a team or part of a company. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. Contrary to what a few of the other reviews have said, you do ** NOT ** need to bring quarters with you. Obviously, you can. But it's not necessary. The nice gentleman running the place today gladly took our $20 bill and give us a few $5 bills back. From there, you can go to their change machine in the back, chuck in your $1 bills or $5 bills and it'll spit out quarters at you. Once you've got your pockets full of quarters, head over to one of the many machines and be prepared to be entertained! It's $1 per game. I know, but this ain't 1984 anymore so a dollar per game checks out. We blew through our $20 in a hair over an hour. It is incredibly clean inside! The machines functioned with no issues at all and I can't stress enough about how clean the machines (and everything) was here at Player 1! If you want to partake in some soda or alcohol, they can serve you up some refreshments while you've got your hands full with a pinball machine. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely personable. I sat at the bar and couldn't help but notice how smooth and seamless the entire operation was. I especially want to highlight Tara, the bartender. I didn't even have to ask her name as she was clearly the go-to person. Anytime there was a question or concern, the team turned to her, and she always had a quick, effective solution. Even without firsthand bartending experience myself, just listening to the conversations made it obvious how knowledgeable and capable she is. What stood out even more was her teamwork. If she had a free moment, she was proactive about helping others with their tasks. It never seemed like a burden... she genuinely wanted the team to succeed. You could also see how responsive everyone was to her, which speaks volumes about her positive attitude and strong work ethic.
