Very friendly bar. As wisconsinites Friday is fish Fri day. Stop the pub 111 for fish they had walleye and perch. Both were very good but far too much for one sitting. They also have tater tots. Lots to do there pool tables electric games. Bartender was very friendly and accommodating. Definite recommended for a fish fry and good fun talk with the locals. read more

This is a nice local family spot, with kids enjoying the pool table (without the cues). Food was okay, not great. Patty melt was average. The shrimp in the shrimp tacos was excellent, but I didn't particularly like the Bang Bang sauce. The tortilla chips were fine, but the home made potato chips were very disappointing. The garden salad was quite good and very large (we split it and each had plenty). We're not drinkers, but the bar menu seemed good and reasonably priced. We happened in on Trivia Night, which I found annoying at first, but then really got into. I agree with another reviewer that the MC is excellent and makes it fun. Service for us was a bit sketchy. Our waitress was friendly and the food came fairly quickly, but all at once. For some reason she went AWOL half way through the meal and we eventually chased her down for our bill. There could just have been a problem that night, so I'm not willing to say the service was bad, but in this circumstance it was annoying. We would probably not go back unless for the Trivia or with kids. read more

We've been to the pub a number of times and it's always a good time. Most recently for trivia on Thursday and had a blast. The trivia host is awesome and really wants everyone to enjoy it. Usually we go just for drinks, but the food I most recall enjoying was the Philly Cheesesteak. Delicious. For real. Get it. Service is sometimes a little slow but always friendly. Called ahead to verify they were open. The lady over the phone said they were open until 10:00pm. I walked in at 7:44, nobody greeted me. When they did make their way over to me they informed me that they had done last call!? Every time I walk into this place I'm seldom greeted. If I do get the attention of a employee they seem annoyed I'm there!? Frustrating as I live less than a mile from here and would love to frequent a local spot ... bad bad bad service. I came here with a group of friends when we were in town for a wedding. Overall, it was a decent vibe. There were a lot of TVs for sports fans, live music, and good food. We had wings and the happy/angry fries as appetizers, and they were really good. Service was a little backed up because the fries came out with our meals, but it wasn't much of an issue. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and added avocado at the advice of our server--definitely the move! Everyone enjoyed their meals and had a good time, which is all you can ask for. read more

Walking thru town with my friend & her dog, hadn't intended to stop anywhere so didn't have our masks... was able to get a table/seat outside with the dog. Server was very friendly. I love this place but the drama is out there. 2 employees were talking about getting freaky with each other. She was a young looking girl with long dark hair wearing short shorts showing off the tattoo on her right thigh and he's the manager. He's married for goodness sake and she looks 12. Keep that stuff in private. I don't care that she has to take parenting classes either. I don't want to know about him looking out the window to make sure they don't get caught and she wishes he wasn't afraid of getting caught. Found out to that she's texted a few of my guy friends, that go to the pub, wanting sex. Thought this was a pub not a drama filled brothel. The food and drinks were good though. read more

So, the 25 minute trip from my house turned into a 40 minutes due to a torrential downpour! I am pleased to report that it was totally worth it. The ginger ale came quickly, alas , no Vernors. What's up with that? The perch was out of this world and the sweet potato fries were crosscut, a nice touch. I had plenty left over for another meal, a big plus and the prices are very reasonable. I found the wait staff pretty nice overall, orders came very quickly. I don't drink so I can't speak for the bar end of it, but I didn't hear any complaints. Carl Webb performed spectacularly and we danced to our 's content. The dance floor could use cleaning and regular polishing, though.Plenty of parking, even. What's not to love? BTW, IMHO, it's a bar. I get the family thing if the family includes underage children. Order take-out and go to the park. read more

I've been coming to this bar/restaurant for awhile because I am a local, and I have not been disappointed. The wait staff are super kind, and they go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. They have a good menu, and their pub fries are just excellent. Pub One Eleven is where friends meet, and you can even come to enjoy a drink, or you can come to listen to the bands play. This is a fun, local bar in Whitehall, Michigan. On Tuesday evenings Tom Foster and friends play acoustic string instruments. These musicians are very talented and entertaining. They play at a volume that permits and encourages conversation. Tuesday's special is a good value - 2 burgers and an appetizer for $22. The service has been good and you are greeted like an old friend by the staff. They have a good bar food menu. I would recommend dining at Pub 111. read more

A cool little bar in Whitehall, and looked to be a good night when we walked in. Service was sub par and very slow though, and the food was below average, specifically the "lightly breaded" aka smothered perch that crunched upon first bite. Apps were decent with the smoked fish dip being the best. Overall an underwhelming experience when you would think that being about 1 of 2 pubs in town would set them up to be awesome. read more

The Pub is our "home away from home". Kara and gang show everyone a good time as well as to get their orders out in a timely manner. Food is always hot, tasty and attractive. The wings are the best anywhere and the Asian sauce for them is to die for. We go at least once a week and at times will show up twice. BLT on raisin bread is one of my all time favorites too. Fun place!! Great entertainment, friendly staff, awful wait time! We waited an hour to get out food and took us 10 minutes just to get a drink. They didn't seem overly busy, but this girls were running their butts off trying to get to people. The Frickles were so good! And my husband loved the Queso Burger, however my taco salad was mediocre. The bartender gave us some of their chips and dip for our wait time and ooh they were good! We love the low key atmosphere and the food is so good. Not your typical bar food. They make a lot of things from scratch! Their kettle chips and dip are delicious and the BLT on Raisin Bread is my absolute favorite. We visit here usually midday - and with our kids, they love to play pool and the old school video games. There isn't honestly a whole lot to say about this place, or this whole town for that matter. I will say the service was very friendly and the drinks were crazy cheap. You could also kill a few hours playing Keno at the bar which was pretty awesome. As far as the food goes I would stick to simple bar foods that can't be easily screwed up. read more
