This place has it all going on - great beer options, a limited but worthy menu, friendly wait staff and bartenders, and a good enough cook who can, no doubt, produce good versions of everything on the menu. We loved this place. Other Yelpers I read were enthusiastic about it calling it "a great Michigan dive bar. They weren't wrong. We were so happy with this place we went back the next night. Pro Tip: bring your furry friends to hangout with you on the patio! Kid friendly too! There's ample parking on the side and back of the building. There's also spaces designated for Harvest Host campers! They host a lot of activities such as Run Muskegon, Trivia, and Dart league. The beer menu is always changing so there's always something new to try! The kitchen staff is also excellent. The main menu is wonderful, and their weekly specials are ALWAYS so good. I think my favorite foods have been the panini's and quesadilla. Everything is very customizable for anyone with allergies, dietary restrictions, or just specific tastes! There are also a couple different vodka mixed drinks, a cider or two, non-alcoholic beers, some wines, and sodas for those not into beer! The waffle itself is pretty weak and wet and not very crispy. If they worked on the waffle, this could be a pretty stellar dish. It was our server's top recommendation! Sunday night 7 pm, busy but only a 5 min wait. Everyone who helped us, from hostess to bill, was outstandingly kind and very personable. These are passionate, knowledgable people who seem to be having a lot of fun. It's infectious!
