Had a quick weeknight dinner here. Food was good. House salad was fresh and crispy. Reuben sandwich and fries was good. The Gold Fever Chicken Wrap was really good. The sauce is sort of sweet and spicy. Notably, the chicken pieces in it were crispy. The nice thing about the chicken is that the pieces are small enough so that you don't have large chunks pulling out with your bites. The wrap is a good size, so had enough for lunch the next day. The place did smell of smoke, even though there weren't many people in the place and didn't see anyone smoking. Unlike some similar tavern places, there isn't a separation between the bar and dining areas. So it's really a bar. Lots of TVs with sports on them, so prob good place for that. Decent PT's Gold with friendly service. We sometimes go here to watchLas Vegas Golden Knights games. They have a great happy hour and the typical bar food (burgers, wings, fries, cheese sticks, nachos) and pretty good, cheap breakfast. The only thing I don't like is it is soooo smoky in here. Even if you sit at the tables it is still a bit stuffy but I guess that's what you get when you are in a Vegas gambling tavern. The pretzel covered cheese Curds are really good. The weird honey mustard sauce that accompanies it ruins the flavor. It would be a lot better with ranch or marinara sauce. read more

I've always had great service and good food from this location. I've been coming once a month or so since I moved into the area a year ago. We are always coming in for the half-price breakfasts. They allow me to sub tomatoes for the potatoes when I order the build-your-own omelet. Great value and happy to please the customer. Sometime we will remember to try them for lunch or dinner. We are new to the area and my wife and I are establishing our new "Go To" list of restaurants. As this place is less than a mile away from our house we were coming in with high hopes. We were there on a Sunday afternoon about 5pm. There were a total of 4 other customers. Our waitress was friendly and quick to greet us/take our orders. We ordered the French Dip and Philly Cheesesteak. Our waitress made sure that our drinks (iced tea) were never left empty. Shortly after taking our order, our meals arrived. I had the Philly Cheesesteak (pictured). It was quite small for the money and the meat was overcooked. Any moisture from the sandwich was from the peppers. The fries were okay at best. My wife had the French Dip (pictured). It was also small and overcooked. The dip was flavorless - more like a brown broth. I understand that PT's is a chain of restaurants and we have eaten at other PT's (including the one on Blue Diamond a mile away). You would think that the menu faire would be the same....you'd think! The food tasted much better at the other establishments. Not on our "Go To" list, unfortunately! We had looked forward to having a close place to regularly drop in for convenience. read more

Bad service. That really is it. My wife and I are in here literally right now eating. Before the rest of the review let me note we are literally the ONLY table with people in here...with maybe 9 people at the bar. Took forever to get our order, have not once gotten refills on our drink the entire time we have been here. When the food came my wife asked for a side of ranch...the guy all in black comes out from the kitchen and says "here" as he slides it half way across the table and walks away. We got it just in time to eat the pretzels which are the same ones we buy from Smiths. But you can get the people at the bar are getting some pretty solid service. Guess the key is to keep just buying alcohol and consider another spot if you're hungry, maybe Distill. Pretty solid service at the one on Durango and Warm Springs. read more

So because I'm pregnant I couldn't go to PT's so we decided to order for pickup. I ordered the Club wrap, my husband ordered the Cheese Steak and we ordered chili cheese tots. My wrap was disgustingly salty and the mayo was warm and gross. I was sadly and extremely disappointed. My husband opened his Cheese steak and let's just say the sight of it threw us off. He said the cheese steak was ok, but he was upset that he paid extra for onion rings and only received 6, yes 6 onion rings. The chili cheese tots were the best and that's not saying much. All of the chili and cheese was on one side and there wasn't very much to begin with. Ps, I had my husband taste my wrap just in case my tastebuds were out of whack since I am 30 weeks pregnant and he confirmed that it indeed was. So glad to have a new bar to hang at up here in the southwest side of Vegas. This area is built g up and getting more and more popular so it makes for a nice scene to see a new bar/restaurant pop up. Although there are about 80 millions PT's in Vegas this one is unique. It offers great food and a great beer selection with great service. This location used to be a blast to come to. The bartenders and servers were always polite and attentive. Even the cooks would come out and chat for a bit. The food is still delicious... them potstickers rock!! The new bar manager is not friendly at all. She's got a snotty attitude and doesn't like to be bothered. I ordered a drink from the server and watched her enter it into the POS system. The bar manager was too busy on her phone to be bothered with pouring the beer. I'm not impatient but it took her 5 minutes to pour it because she was on her phone. Not too long before that she reprimanded the server, in ear shot of customers about tending to her tables. The server was literally the only one in the front worth a damn. Also.... This location is always freezing. No idea why I need a parka in Las Vegas just to visit one bar. Overall the place is chill and the food is good. It only takes one bad apple to ruin it though and she's doing her best. Smh. read more

My first time going to this PT and I have to say my experience here was just okay. Went in for breakfast and the brunette bartender (only worker there at the time) sort of had a snooty attitude. I didn't feel welcomed but I was hungry and wanted to eat breakfast so I wanted to give the place a try. The food itself was delicious. I ordered an omelet and hash browns with sausage/mushroom/spinach/tomatoes and it was flavorful. It included toast which was a bonus. If you come in for breakfast (between 6AM-10AM) you get 50% off breakfast items which was great. The whole place was very clean and so was the bar area. They have plenty of Tvs to watch sports games, and the place itself is big. If I would've got better service I would raise my rating. I probably won't be back to this place, but will check out other locations. read more

I had the most ridiculous experience I EVER had at a PT's. The service is horrible. My friends & I went to PT's only because the original bar we went to was packed for the Golden Knights game. It was before happy hour was over at 6:57 p.m. & I went straight up to a server, Kristian, to put an order in. I wanted two Midori Sours & a Gilroy pizza. Our conversation went: "Okay. What's a Midori Sour?" "The green drink." "What's in it so I can put that in the order? Like what alcohol is in it?" With a confused look, I said "... Midori." I was trying to order quickly so I just settled for a different drink. I asked what drinks can I order & she said, "they have everything." Okay?! I need to know the ingredients in order to order one?! I settled for a Jameson & Ginger Ale, while my friend I was with got a Jack & Coke, & another Gilroy pizza. Yes, this was all by 7 p.m. As my friends started coming in, they put in their drink orders. My friend ordered a Snakebite. She asked him the same question of what was in it & he stated that it was 1/2 Cider & 1/2 Beer. I was so confused to why she needed to know what was in drink as if the bartender doesn't know that. All my friends who came after I ordered got their drinks before I did. My friend who ordered the Snakebite only got the "bite" as he says because his drink was all Cider so he had to fix his order at the bar. When I got my Gilroy pizza, my friend who also put in an order for one didn't get his & she said she only put in one. He passed on getting one. She didn't do well with keeping up with our drink orders so people went to the bar if necessary. Then when we got our checks & I told her how to split it, I noticed my check wasn't given happy hour prices. I asked her why & she said it was because we came after 7 p.m. I stated no, we were here just before 7 p.m. & I ordered just in time for happy hour. She said when she put the order in, it was after 7 p.m. & she shares a register with another server so it could have taken time. That made no sense to me because how is that my fault. I was so over her at that point that I said whatever & paid my check. It was my first & last time at this location. PT's raised their prices as well. It's just not a go-to place anymore. read more

It's a PT's - a chain corner bar here in Vegas. Food is generally good for pub food and service is inconsistent as hell. I get it, they get busy, but sometimes they are sssssssssssssssssssssssslow as hell even when nobody is there. Namely at night - Friday and Saturday night. The old bar manager, Kari, was awesome, haven't met the new one but a new host of characters has emerged. Server on Fri PM's is good once you get to know her. read more

Had to update my review based on our Christmas Day experience here. We were looking forward to coming here to watch the Warriors game. Unfortunately, as soon as we arrived the rude bartender yelled that there were no servers, so he told us to sit at the bar. We sat in a booth and walked up to the bar and ordered. The guy had a real bad attitude, was short with everyone and was just plain rude. He acted like everything was a bother, and that he was crazy busy. At this time there were about 7 people in the bar. We couldn't watch the game with sound and the ventilation in this brand new building is poor. There were only a few people smoking, but the smoke was strong. We stayed because there was no where else to go within walking distance. Later a female bartender came in, she was pleasant and brought our drinks to the table. I'm guessing someone must have said something to the rude guy, because later he suddenly had a personality transplant and started being real polite. We've been here several times since it opened. We've had one great experience, several average and one bad, which was the above. The only reason I will come back because this place is close to home. I wouldn't come here to eat great food, because the food like all PT's Gold is not that good. However, I like the TVs and a nice new bar within walking distance of my house. I walked in here and they were as busy as blue diamond and I was greeted with in a minute by Jacob Ordered my normal special burger , and always came out great I had the pleasure of speaking to Chantel (hope I spelled that right) who took my feedback of such a great experience Hands down a better experience then blue diamond. read more

Disappointing. I am newer to Las Vegas and I see these place everywhere and I was curious to try one out. They just built one super close to where my house is so I thought I would give it a try. Location is great and I saw it get built from the ground up. The interior is beautiful. For some reason it gave me a a coyote ugly vibe. They also played alternative rock music from the early 2000's that was fun. Where they lost me was the food. I ordered burger sliders which were not bad but they lost me at the crappy $20 frozen pizza. Not exaggerating but the crust tasted like cardboard.......yup, thats the best way to describe it. The sausage tasted like that cheap sausage you get from those frozen microwavable pizzas. I could have just gone to grimaldi's if i knew thats how awful the pizza would be considering the price. How is it that bowling alleys have tasty pizza but a place that has a full service kitchen can't produce a decent pizza. They probably have better things on the menu but their stuff was not super cheap to begin with so I most likely wont be coming back. I really wanted this to be a spot for my husband and I but if we are getting drinks we want some decent food to go with it. read more

I have no problems giving 1 star reviews if they deserve it.. I always gots to keep it real. This place gets 5 stars due to these 2 girls. Also, all reviews are honest and I expect NOTHING in return.
