I used to prefer Don Dees 1. because they have the best and cheapest dryers in town. R&S is 25 cents for 5 mins regular dryer/25 cents for 2 mins large dryer. DD is 25 cents for 6 mins regardless of dryer size AND they work better. 2. DD 5 different washer sizes, R&S only has 2. All in all, R&S has a lot going for it and I'm glad to know I have options when Don Dees is full or closed. Oh yeah, R&S is open til 10pm!

I received a text message when I dropped my item off, with the ticket number and expected pick up time, and I received a text message when my item was ready with the ticket number. As someone who gets an obnoxious amount of spam calls, to the point I don't answer unknown numbers, I greatly appreciated the text messages about my item.

The laundry attendant was watching TV the entire time we were here. She clearly isn't monitoring the machines for cleanliness. It was neat to just use an app and add money/time to your wash load that way. I had movies and books on my phone, brought my headphones, and did my own thing while waiting for the laundry to finish. The laundry took about 100 minutes total, since I needed a little extra time for something to dry. I'm not complaining, I'm just happy to find a clean laundromat with all of the machines working.
