It was neat to just use an app and add money/time to your wash load that way. I had movies and books on my phone, brought my headphones, and did my own thing while waiting for the laundry to finish. The laundry took about 100 minutes total, since I needed a little extra time for something to dry. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would!!! I never write reviews so giving this place 1 star then it means something!! So basically, I went onto the website for the delivery and pick up services and filled out the required form and just waited for someone to reach out. No one ever reached out so I called, the lady that picked up the phone (yes, I am looking at you Tabitha) was extremely rude and talked to me like I was genuinely dumb. I told her I didn't hear from anyone after filling out the websites form and she straight up told me "Form? What form?? I've never heard of anyone having to fill out a form except for us the employees". She was very rude. Now, I work where I have to pick up phones daily and I would NEVER talk to people the way she spoke to me. Eventually, Tabitha handed the phone off to another lady who was a bit nicer. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. But regardless, she claimed that their supervisor is the one who manages the pickup and delivery services and that I would get a call back from her the following morning. I never received a phone call from anyone the next day. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend if this is how they treat customers. read more

They even will do your laundry for you if you drop it off and pick it up later...I wish I knew that earlier but either way I hlam very happy. Usually it's a pleasurable experience doing laundry here. They usually have kind workers. Tonight, the employee looked plain miserable and her attitude rubbed off on me. She could have kindly asked us to be finished at a certain time instead of giving us attitude. One of their washers did not fill correctly. I had to go to get her twice to ask her to fix it. She gave a snippety attitude and clearly did not want to allow me to finish. She said just throw in a different washer but ONLY put it in for 25 minutes because I'm NOT STAYING here any longer. She needs a little lesson on customer service. Regardless of the position you work, I think your customer service matters. We weren't planning on staying at the laundromat all night. We know what time they'd close. She didn't smile once and because their washer was faulty, i am driving 4 hours home with damp clothes. I was kind and had manners. It's interesting how people buy and eat with their eyes rather than actually evaluating all the facts. Since I'm autistic, I'm extremely pragmatic, and makeup on a pig is still makeup on a pig. And this place warrants .5 stars from me for committing robbery, being dishonest and basically SUCKING BIG TIME. If you want facts, read on. -they warrant 1.5 stars for being REALLY pretty and organized and having free internet and coffee bar -they warrant 1 star for the service area being clean, but I retract that star because the bathroom is FILTHY, like you'll get dysentery filthy (and by the various colors of dried human waste in the the toilet, it hasn't been cleaned in a LONG TIME). ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING -Lost a star for dishonesty. NONE of the machines are labeled with prices. It's not until you load and activate the machines that you know what the cost is. Additionally, their dryers rob you if time you pay for- even when you choose no cool down, the last 4 minutes of your 25 min dryer auto cools (see photo) -Lost a star for machines not being labeled with sizes. It's unclear which machines are small, medium, large, xlarge because how they are embedded in the wall. It's not til you shove your stuff in that it's apparent that the laundromat is set up from left to right small to large. There are no signs indicating this. -Lost 1.5 stars for value. There's a couple things going on here. One reason is because even their largest washers are smaller than bigger washers at other laundromats around town. Two is the overall prices are just WHACKED. My God, I spent more than twice the amount of money here compared to other options in town. And my clothes were still wet when I left. What the actual F? Also, see my comment about dishonesty. Also, the whole paying via an app, which is what they try to force you to do here. Um. This is also a shitty value issue too. It may seem convenient, but basically you are compelled to return because THEY'VE GOT YOURE MONEY!!! Since you have to enter money in increments, theyve got your money. No me gusta. For comparison, I did the same amount of laundry at Cleaning World 2 for 20.50. It cost me $55.00 on my debit card here- I spent at total of 47.50 in the machines and they are holding 7.50 hostage in their "convenient" prepay system". That's money I'm not getting back since I'll never go back to this horrible place. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this laundromat. It may look pretty with the coffeeshop and internet, but their machines are crap and they charge far too much. Go elsewhere. read more

I haven't needed to use a laundromat in years. The laundromat I had used occasionally has been torn down and I found this new laundry basically in its place. I stopped in to see what's what. It was clean looking and modern. I am part boomer, part Luddite and was immediately intimidated by the app based machines. The staff explained the process. I returned with stacks of laundry and the app ready to wash and fold. The price may shock at upwards of $8.50 to wash and $2.00 + to dry depending on the load size and options. I tried the signature wash cycle that included the house detergent which washes three times to improve stain and odor removal and the sanitary option. I was happy with the results. The place was packed on a Thursday evening. I would have liked regular chairs in the laundry area instead of bar stools as a senior. I also had to walk a ways to the handicap ramp to load and unload. Will I go back? Yes. Do I recommend to friends? Yes. read more

I am also not quite sure how coin-operated laundry prices or professional cleaning compare at this time. Download the app and easily add credits to your quantum account. You can then pay directly for the washer or dryer of your selection right from your smart phone. There are options to add detergent or softener, extra time, extra spin, more heat, sanitizing etc., which is handy when you go in there and have zero detergent or softener sheets with you...whoops. There are different sized capacities of washers and dryers, all of them are very efficient. So far while busy, it's been very clean and quiet every time I have used the facility. You can receive alerts on your smart phone when your load is almost done in case you leave the premises. You can also check prior to your visit, the number of washers and dryers in use and the time they have left in order to gauge traffic and availability. Specifically, for my recent need, I was able to fully clean and dry large items with ease that wouldn't normally fit in your own home washer and dryer. There is a coffee bar, and there are televisions and free Wi-Fi to keep you occupied. The last time I was there, as I left, someone shouted very nicely at me to have a great day. A laundromat I actually didn't mind being at! Not just didn't mind, the time flew by. I love that I can just use the app to set, pay and start my machines. I set the notifications on my cell phone so I get warning when it's almost time. There's music, a cafe, WiFi, clean restroom and brand new machines. The staff is helpful and the people inside were also just friendly. I had my dog outside and felt safe roaming about the property for his stretching and all in all this was a good experience. The worst part of travel is the inevitable mid-trip laundry run. Usually laundromats run like the mailroom in Elf: "it smells like mushrooms and everyone looks like they want to hurt me".... They explained how the place works: download the app, pay for your machine using the numbers on your phone, and kick back. We ordered drinks from the espresso bar and hung out while we waited for our laundry to be complete. I came here to wash a large blanket. My original intention was to find a laundromat that was A. Clean. B. I could be in and out in about an hour. Quantum Laundry Lounge far exceeded my expectations of what I know a laundromat to be. It's the only laundromat in the USA that runs on and is connected to an app on your iPhone. It's very innovative and interesting to me because I believe this will be the way of the future and will replace quarter machined washers and dryers moving forward. The soap, fabric softener, and other liquids are already within the machine, so you don't have to bring your own if you don't want to. Quantum is also part cafe. They have a coffee shop in the laundromat with all of the tables, chairs, and WiFi of a normal everyday cafe. They have a few snacks available like chips, cookies, muffins, but nothing that can be cooked. That might come later, according to the owner. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. It's one of a kind. Even if you have your own washing machine and dryer at home, this is a great place to go to try, especially if you have a large item that can't be washed at home. read more

Easily the least sketchy laundromat I've ever been to! It feels more like a coffee shop with washing machines. The little coffee bar is lovely. They have tea and some small baked goods as well. There are all new machines which vary in size and price. The easiest way to pay is to download their app, but if you don't have a smartphone there is a kiosk by the front door. The app sends you a text when your load has 3 min left. I washed my queen size comforter and dried it for $10. This is located next door to an axe throwing place, so you could do that to pass the time while you wait for your laundry to finish. read more

I visited here today because I had an oversized quilt my home machine could not handle. This isn't like any other laundromat I've been too. Open, cheery, great background music, and Wi-Fi. I was able to sit comfortably and get some work done. The people who worked there were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful since I have never been to an automated laundromat before. Not what I'd imagined laundromats to be. Not sketchy, super clean, tons of room and huge tables to fold... I love the rolling baskets to schlep your laundry bags in and out of the place. I've literally never been to a laundromat and the staff was super helpful and showed me how to operate everything. Didn't even treat me like I'm stupid (felt stupid at first!)... been using the same washer and dryer since 1996 so I had no idea how these things work. I downloaded the app and that made everything faster and easier. Since remodeling, our washer and dryer will still be disconnected for 7 more days... so I'll be back later this week for sure. I love the new technology of being able to pay via an app and keep track of the remaining time. Also having a mini coffee/snack shop with plenty of tvs all around really helps pass time as we did laundry. They had signs to wear mask but 90% of the customers did not. Clean facility and rows of machines. Dryers work well and only needed 30min to dry a full load. (They even have a coffee bar inside.) I would have given a 5 but they are a bit pricey for what we have seen traveling and you had to load an app on your phone and add money to use the machines. For the first time I used them tonight can I have a washer and dryer at my house but it's downstairs and it's hard for me to walk down there so I decided to give Quantum laundry I try and I must say my clothes have never been cleaner. I use their detergent an extra long wash and wrinkle free ride on my dress shirts in my dress pants came back perfect no stains or no nothing on them. Have been looking for a nice place to do Laundry, I think I found it. Quantum Laundry is clean and it's washers and dryers can all be controlled by your Smart phone. Yes Way! Can pay for the wash with app. and it will add soap and softener (for a small fee). Can track your washer or dryer on phone and will send txt when almost done. This is A great laundromat for anyone living locally and especially for those who are traveling. It is super clean and very high Tech. Touchpad washer and dryers allow You too purchase laundry soap that automatically Added to your wash. There is an impressive expresso coffee bar with a few pastries. Several ways to pay including using their app(more for locals), paying at the Kios or the attendant is very helpful and she will take cash. We walked to Leroy's Diner just down the street a short distance. The atmosphere wasn't great but their service and food was very good( what you'd expect for diner food) HUGE breakfasts. My dryer heating element went out, so the kids and I took our laundry over to Quantum Laundry Lounge. It was great to be able to see how many machines were free before we headed over. At the laundromat, the app used to run the washers and dryers made payment convenient, and provided alerts so there's no need to babysit your clothes. Lots of options for washer and dryer settings. The lounge itself is very clean and pleasant, no crowding. The machines look brand new. The staff were super helpful when we ordered espressos while we waited. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our order. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and we went home with clean clothes. read more
