Dryers are mostly unserviceable and some not marked as bad run at less than half heat causing you to spend way more money! laundromat itself had overflowing garbage can and the parking lot was poorly maintained. the posted pictures do not do justice to the dated decore and machines. I would give zero stars if I could! I took my down sleeping bags to be washed here and they did not use the correct amount of down wash (despite being told how much to use). The bags were also not dry when I picked them up and I needed to dry the bags myself after I left. I explained to the attendant down needs to be dried for 3 hours typically to be properly dry, but she told me no they do not. When she pulled out the bag from the dryer and it was visibly wet, she said it was dry enough and was only wet because it was inside out. They still charged me $50 for both bags. Absurd. read more

Typical laundromat, nothing special really. It could be cleaner since trash cans are always overflowing when I go there, and it always seems like at least one washer or dryer is out of order. They also close at 7:30pm, which seems like a strange time to me and it's the earliest closing time of all the laundromats I've tried in town. However the prices are the lowest and the change machines will give you a combination of dollar bills and quarters if you have a larger bill, so you won't end up stuck with $20 in quarters. There's also automatic doors and decent Wifi so that's nice too. My main issue with this place is the parking lot. It's small, and being on the corner of Northern Lights and Minnesota, it can be hard to get in and out. The parking lot is very bumpy and icy during the winter, which can be hazardous when you're hauling a bunch of clothes to and from your car. read more

I think Mr. Don retired or something, because the place is always messy and has tons of broken machines. Today I counted 6 broken washers (one of which has been out of servicr over a month) and 2 dryers. In the past you never would have seen this here. Meh. Wish I could give a negative star. Their washers stink. Went there to do my laundry washed my clothes before I noticed all the broken dryers. So had to take clothes home to dry. Well unfortunately my clothes stink like dirty socks after washing in their washers had never happened to me at anywhere else. I used Dondee's before a long long time ago so when I was back in Alaska but not yet home , I needed some laundry done. They use tokens which I don't like but the machine is there to get some. My first visit, the guy offered the dryers they were using that still had time on them but I already paid my machine. I appreciate it anyways! The second time I used a different machine and I chose cold water, but it was run on hot. So hot that the machine was hot and my clothes came out steaming. I told the lady on duty and she offered to have me use a different machine. ??????? My clothes were clean but I was afraid they were shrunk. She said that she noticed this machine doing it earlier too. I mentioned that she might want to put a note on it. The guy running the place also will close early if it's slow or he has something to do. He told another person he has a girlfriend now so he would be closing early. I'd put this place at 3 1/2 stars. read more

Dropped off a handmade quilt to be laundered just before closing. Woman at the counter was efficient and pleasant, facility was clean. Picked it up the next day. Service is top-notch. I would definitely use them again when the need arises. read more

This place continues to go downhill since it was sold. When I arrived this morning, 7 of 14 washers were down, numerous dryers as well. The change machines either don't work or don't work fully. The lady who works there is great, yet I can only imagine the flack she gets because of how poorly things are run. They've done a good job with my clothes--both dry cleaning pants and laundering. And their turnaround is pretty quick. But holy cow they are expensive. I've never paid anywhere near the amount that they charge for their services. I'd give them four stars on their service but I'm gonna have to drop it down a notch for how expensive it is. read more

Other than the dryers taking much longer and more than one cycle at 6 min/25 cents a pop, this isn't a bad place. Well lit, clean, good machines (except the damn dryers), and plenty of seating. I was able to sit and knit contentedly like the dorky old woman I am and no one bothered me. Change machines take 10 dollar bills (which you will need). I'll be coming back here not just because my washing machine is broken but because it's a decent place. Also, free wifi! Woohoo! read more

Needed to wash some clothes so here I am. It's a no thrills coin operated laundry place with the option of them washing your clothes for you. It's not super clean or dirty, there's no Fiji water served to you by hot laundry goddesses. You put your clothes in the machine, feed it money and soap, then sit down and try not to look creepy while your clothes wash. And for you Pokemon Goers, there is no stop close so you can't just sit and bank on whatever that spinning thing gives you. Stop, wash, dry, leave, go drink beer with clean clothes on. read more

Very clean and well kept laundromat. The workers are very nice. One is always walking around wiping down machines. I thought the dryers worked well and fast. (25 cent for 6 mins) I used all $5 (50lb) washers but they have $3.75, 3.25 & $2 washers. A few magazines are available. Free wifi. read more

This used to be a great laundromat. The employees are nice and usually helpful. Lately, though a lot of their equipment is out of order and not getting fixed. More than once I've had a basket full of wet laundry but no dryers available because 6-7 are out of order. read more

AVOID this place. About half of the front loaders are out of service. No paper towels in restroom. Same model dyers side by side, some are 3 mins some 4 mins and some 7 mins with no signs saying mins for any of them. Won't be coming here again. read more

I am so disappointed with there service. I went there with review expectation and got super wrinkled clothes, with no fresh smell. They didn't text me how suposed to be when is my laundry done....I called them the day after I dropped my laundry at 2.22pm and they said your laundry was ready yesterday evening. Our dryer is broken and we'll be buying a new one. I washed our clothes at home and went over to Don Dee's on a Tuesday about 11am. I only needed one dryer (the commercial dryer holds a lot) and spent $1.25 to get 2 loads of clothes dry. I've been here years ago- the last time I was sans washer/dryer- and it's still the same: safe and clean. The dryer temperature worked and the clothes were dried, but not 'fried'. read more

I don't recommend this place for dry cleaning simply because they won't have your dry cleaning done by the time they say they will. This happened on two separate occasions and unfortunately was not a "one off" situation. According to the staff, the garments have to be dry cleaned off site and brought back to the facility which was where my issues happened. During the first incident, my suit was "lost" because their delivery driver apparently didn't update his log. On the second incident, their delivery didn't make it to the main processing plant in time for proper delivery back to me. I understand things happen but the staff was not empowered to solve these issues without having to involve ownership. In the end, I paid full price for everything without a resolution and have decided that I won't be returning. read more

Came here to do laundry before we turned in our rented RV, mainly because they claimed to have free wifi and I thought it would be a good opportunity to upload my vacation pix. Unfortunately, the wifi wasn't working, and neither of the two women who worked here knew anything about resetting or fixing it. By the time I got back to my chair, a homeless guy who smelled terrible sat down next to my chair (the only one I could find with an electrical plug for my computer), and I could hardly breathe. True, the place was clean and reasonably priced, but my experience here was very unsatisfactory. Just came at the (REALLY) wrong time. read more
