I…read morecame in for what should have been a simple evaluation and left with pain I had never experienced before that has now gone on for a year and a half. The front desk staff was consistently rude, dismissive, and condescending. Their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and outright arrogance was insulting. Their manager lies and laughs at you trying to make a mockery out of patients. It's sick. To leave not just without help, but with new, debilitating pain, is appalling. Save yourself and don't go here.

It literally had me in tears by the time I gotten to my car. I'm writing this review with the hopes It can be a step toward making sure others don't experience the same treatment, and even prompt this facility to reassess their practices. I arrived on 10/28 at 2:42 PM for my 2:45 PM appointment to see Dr. Mann for the progressively worsening pain in my neck/ back / shoulder/ elbow & both hands . I promptly filling out the required paperwork and returning it to the receptionist, I was asked to wait. After waiting for approximately 15 min, I approached the receptionist to ask if Dr. Mann was running on time. I was assured that he was and was told to continue waiting. Ten min later, I inquired again and received the same response. At 3:17 PM, I was finally brought to an exam room, where an assistant took my blood pressure, which was noticeably high. I asked how high, she said 167 over (and I didn't hear the rest).I waited an additional 10 min. in the exam room before I returned to the receptionist area to inquire about the delay. One receptionist was kind enough to check on the doctor and informed me that he was on his way. I was taken to a different Room by the lovely male assistant. I'm guessing Dr. Mann finally received my paperwork as he had questions which he asked the male assistant to ask me. The assistant walked back and forth 2 times to deliver my responses to him. I had to ask, why did he not just come into the room and ask me these questions in person. When Dr. Mann did enter the room, there was NO apology or acknowledgment of the long wait. Instead, his demeanor was brusque and unwelcoming, which made me feel as if my time and health concerns were inconsequential. Rather than addressing my questions directly, he seemed annoyed, and when I mentioned the delay, he dismissed my concern by saying, "No one goes to a doctor and be seen at the exact appointment time." He further went on to insisted he was not late as I was taken into the exam room and seen By who! the assistant who ONYL took my blood pressure while texting on her phone. Additionally, despite my elevated blood pressure, he neither acknowledged it nor offered further guidance, which left me feeling as though my health was not being taken seriously. How could you allow a patient to leave with elevated blood pressure levels. He then said there are other patients he was seeing. Fine, not an issue. I was just asking to be communicated with. I told him he had poor bedside manners and it went even more left. He even told me I'm not making the situation any better. I asked how long will this visit take as he was 45 min late. He then insisted again he was NOT late and with an attitude stated "as long as I wanted it to" Pardon, how do you tell a patient that. This interaction ended after two minutes. He stormed out the exam room left me behind & headed directly to the front desk and stated abruptly "she can leave". As a health care professional we take an oath to do no harm. Waiting for so long without updates, feeling dismissed, and dealing with a lack of empathy can make a difficult situation so much harder. Healthcare providers should show compassion, professionalism, and respect and no one should have to leave an appointment feeling worse than when they arrived. For me it was the lack of communication and empathy from that initial receptionist and doctor. I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect both timely care and basic courtesy, and neither of these should be compromised, especially in a healthcare setting. I think we all deserve a healthcare provider who prioritizes not only our physical health but also treats you with the respect and compassion every patient deserves. I am very concerned that this experience reflects a lack of regard for patients' time and well-being. I came in with my pain at a 7 and left there with it on 10.... In

I've left other PT offices in tears because I felt that the therapist was assessing me without really listening to me. Kinected therapists make me feel heard and are committed to wholistic treatment. I was treated by Alison a few years ago for a lower back / SI issue. After healing, I went about my life for a few years. Two days ago I was cleaning and suddenly injured my back and was almost immobile. Maddie was able to see me within the next 24 hours. She took time to review my old charts from Alison, and was prepared when I came in with knowledge of my past injury. I had no expectation of the first appointment helping at all because of how much pain I was in. Maddie managed to realign my SI joint in the first session - I was so surprised I wanted to cry. I am now writing this review on the train because I feel like shouting from the rooftops! I can't believe how much better my back is after this one session, I have mobility again. I feel so grateful to know the Kinected team is there for me!

While we expected a pain management based treatment plan, Dr. Johar was willing to make the call to refer us for PT and thankfully that has been a very successful course of treatment. I guess with board certifications in physical medicine as well as pain management he really understands when he should treat a patient for pain versus when to attempt to refer for another type of treatment. Thank you Dr. Johar!

You'd have to go back to review the unnecessary tests, of course, and that would probably cost another $367.50--and I'd wager there'd be no prescription then, either. Clearly, this guy is just trying to maximize his profit, not treat patients. Stay away! When I called later to get a copy of his office notes to take to a reputable provider recommended by my primary-care physician, I was told I had to pay to copy 38 pages. It simply is not credible that he has 38 pages of notes for a 10-minute visit. This guy is milking his patients for all the money he can get, not providing care. Sigh. Once again, he refers to medical records, which he did not request in advance nor offer to review. All he did was order unnecessary and expensive tests and ask me to come back, and pay another outrageous fee. 1. Dr. Johar appears to have no actual presence in New Jersey, so the whole premise is a sham. (The NJ listing shows a fictive address that I could walk to, but he does not practice there.) 2. The "physician's notes" I requested consisted of copies of three pages of a form I'd filled out and which he initialed. His only effort to record our visit was this form, alas. 3. The records came with a form (never before given me) that insists there must be two visits (and, thus, two fees), but it also says he takes most insurance. Mine is quite common, but he does not accept it. 4. The two scrips he gave me (I'll post pictures if I can) are both from New York--and invalid in New Jersey. Again, from the get-go, I indicated that I lived in--and required help in--NJ. They are also completely illegible.

This caused me a major inconvenience, and for me to suffer needless paid. The front desk receptionist who answers the phones was very incompetent, and did not call the pharmacy to rectify the problem, or call me back, as she said she would - twice... The worst! I will never be going back there, and if you're serious about your pain relief/management, do not ever go there. It looks to me to just be a money grab.
