Nathaniel was extremely professional, non judgmental, and seemed to really understand the priorities in this type of situation. He arranged to clean on the next day, Sunday, drove about 2 hours to the job site, and charged an extremely low price for the work. I checked on the apartment multiple times and he was hard at work. He was super respectful of understanding hoarding mentality and tried his best to make sure anything that was removed was clearly trash. I was pleased, as was the friend, initially. Unfortunately, the friend relapsed and has accused Nathaniel of theft, which I do not believe happened. Nathaniel was very professional, respectful, and understanding, and said he would return the bags of trash for the person to go through, in case any mistakes were made.

I have photos to prove it. Rocking is BAD after many, many adjustments. The entire table top wobbles. I have videos to prove it. Welds on the stationary portion of the lift appears to be 1/8-1/4" off between the two legs. They did not address this issue at all. Vinyl used for table top is cheap/chincy and does not have a quality feel. Their "engineers" reviewed my videos and they claim its manufactured correctly. It's "custom" and non refundable. INSTEAD, they advised me to come back at 10am tomorrow as one of the employees needed to go home and the other had to finish with one customer and go home.
