If I could give zero stars I would! They absolutely have the worse customer service I have ever experienced! I purchased a stool that was never used but kept stored. When I go to use it, the stool vinyl material literally melted onto the wooden legs that were folded up against the seat. This is how they sell and deliver the product. After giving me the run around requesting the inventory number, photos, etc., they say it's not covered under warranty as it's been too long. Shoddy quality vinyl and a company that does not stand behind their products! Invest your hard -earned dollars with a different manufacturer, Custom Craftworks will not take care of you after they make their sale! read more

This is my personal experience with Custom Craftworks and may or may not reflect them as a whole. Width of my electric 33" CCW is less than my 32" Earthlite Spirit. I have photos to prove it. Rocking is BAD after many, many adjustments. The entire table top wobbles. I have videos to prove it. Welds on the stationary portion of the lift appears to be 1/8-1/4" off between the two legs. They did not address this issue at all. Vinyl used for table top is cheap/chincy and does not have a quality feel. Their "engineers" reviewed my videos and they claim its manufactured correctly. It's "custom" and non refundable. Very disappointed. This table is unsafe junk. Feel free to private message me for photos and videos of this unsafe CCW table. read more

I have had a custom craft works table for 20 years I love it no creaky table noises or fabric issues though I wouldn't recommend getting the expensive fabric on the table unless you plan on using your table without a top sheet it's not worth it. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Massage table was shipped and had a small cut in the top. From the beginning they tried to get out of taking responsibility for it. First they claimed the bed was delivered 4 days prior to when it was actually delivered therefor by time I emailed them I was past the 5 day window they allow to open a claim. Then when I sent a screen shot of the tracking stating bed was delivered 4 days after what they said. They proceeded to tell me to glue the bed which would make the cut invisible. When I argued that and sent pictures I heard nothing back. So I decided to call and they said they were consulting with their team. They then Proceeded to ask me to send a picture of the box the bed came in. What the hell is a picture of the box gonna do?! We replied with we threw the box out as we are a small spa and as you can imagine the box incredibly large. They then said they would do nothing about the damage to the bed. Asked to speak to a manager lady replies she is the manager. For as expensive as these tables are I expected much better customer service and the product to be In excellent condition. A warning to all massage and other therapists---do not go with a Custom Craftworks table. Horrible experience. I was excited to receive my table after waiting a month for delivery. When the delivery company opened the box the table top was at the very top of the box - zero protection - no paper, no cardboard, no styrofoam. The top of the box was sealed thick with clear table and the only way to open the box was with some sort of tool that would cut through thick tape. So... the top of the table fabric was sliced. Now comes the absolutely unbelieveable part. Custom Craftworks expects me to pay in full for the table. They will work with the shipping company etc. The credit card company I used had no problem freezing the charge until the table is replaced and then going back and reinstituting the charge. Well apparently the "CFO" of Custom Craftworks demanded that the table be immediately returned - leaving me with no table to treat my clients. Then they threatened me "we have a legal team.' I am not new to the business world and am horrified by this company's behavior. All they had to do was work with the ship company, take the table back, replace the table and then re-bill. read more
