I have had nothing but a pleasurable experience with Jennings Property Management. They took over the quad complex ran by an independent...and literally turned the place into a welcoming and clean well maintained atmosphere. I appreciate our new onsite manager..she is kind and helpful. I definately praise them for the work they have done around Westside Quads where I live to keep it clean and well maintained. The maintenance guy replaced my bathroom ceiling fan that stopped working in a matter of a few days. I'm telling you...this company is on point. read more

They will tell you one thing then provide ambiguous contracts, which they will verbally clarify, then not honor. Expect them to hold to their interpretation of the letter of their contract and beat you over the head with it. read more

Beware of Jennings! I wish someone had warned us to avoid this unprofessional rental agency at all costs. If you are looking to rent, try Acorn instead. read more

Good rental agency & sticks to their word. Just finished renting from them for 2 years and they always came out and fixed and requests that we had if not the next day after calling, but as early as possible. Didn't screw us over for our whole deposit (like Bell Real Estate (thank goodness!!!). Would definitely recommend them since they now have online bill pay! read more
