Horrible experience don't expect to receive what you paid for. I have attached my issues and her responses. Me- To say this was a disappointing appointment was an understatement. My mom (Cinda Freitas) had spoken to you at length before making the appointment and was told about 4-5 services you would be providing. I was very reluctant at the cost but since it was her birthday and she was excited we trusted in your representation over the phone and the text below. She received 2 done very poorly and the entire appointment taking 1 hour. On top of that your facility was dirty. Your washroom had no toilet paper or hand soap. She was upset. I am not a person who allows a business owner to take advantage of others without my making sure it's documented wherever I can to warn others. That's my good karma. And this was theft. Please see my notes below. The appropriate action would be a full refund- You know that wasn't what was promised to her in writing. I have attached the receipt. Hey cinda, It was a pleasure meeting you. This is Daniella from Oracle Oasis. To book your reservation I would need you to go ahead and give me a good first and last name for each person coming that way whenever you come in you get signed in in the front desk I have you down for a reservation at 12:30 for this Saturday coming up Package deal: 595 each. Spiritual mediumship to connect with a lost, loved one, a detailed tarot reading along with a crystal and palm reading Me: You didn't explain the cards. No Palm reading was given. No connection was offered. Once we are together, we do a little bit of some custom work with each person, and see exactly what their spirit in their heart is needing. Everyone will be able to go home with some goodies and lovely things that are good for spirit. Me: A $5 gift bag doesn't make up for today. I recommend 2 to 4 hours of free time for this session Me: It was an hour and 10 minutes You are more than welcome to bring an article of clothing, or keepsake or remembrance of this person that you'd like to connect to along with that you are more than welcome to bring a note, pen, and paper if that is what your heart is calling to Me: What would she have written down? She may be upset but I'm livid. Looking forward to the refund and you coming through on services promised to others in the future. It goes on and on with no integrity for her side. Make sure you avoid this place.
