Dr. Oswald had to continually get new tools to get mine open which caused such extreme pain I almost collapsed in my car as I was leaving. I was able to get back inside and collapsed into a chair. They put me in a wheelchair and I was taken to the back where I got ill and was given a shot for pain. I will never use this facility again and I'm glad I didn't try to drive home, I would not have made it.

Seth walked me through everything and if all goes well--within 4 to 5 days I should be able to print off or receive my card in the mail! They also give a nice discount on their fee for either being on disability or being a veteran. Their price is SO worth the fee that they charge, walking me through the process and the peace of mind knowing that they're with me through this. One thing though is that the Google map is facing a weird way--AND they keep having their SIGNS stolen (because they have a m-leaf on them) so, go early to your appointment so you can find the place...it's on the WEST side of College Ave. Look for the BARBER's flag which is at the end of the building complex and pull in there! All in all....with my not knowing how LONG this process might have been and what to go through in my getting my card....I was SHOCKINGLY happy at how easy they all made it! THANKS guys!!
