Last night I attended Reza's illusionist show. The props that he used were extensive than any other magic show I've ever seen. I would see it twice if I could.

I'm a vegetarian so I asked about options when booking. They had a few selections that were vegetarian (mashed potatoes and white gravy, salad bar, rice, and an assortment of desserts). Because we ordered tickets in advance they also said they could make a special vegetable penne pasta specifically for me. The food was decent, not stupendous but not bad. And it's buffet style so the portions were decent. The show was great. Funny with a lot of audience participation. Some of the magic tricks were obvious but others had my group scratching their heads trying to figure out how it was done. And one trick really blew us away. If you go to the show, I'm sure you'll figure out which one I mean. Now the only downside is that I am disabled with a wide powerchair (27 inches) and it wouldn't fit through the stall door of the restroom at the theater. So I had to wait til I got back home to use the restroom. A minor inconvenience but worth noting. All in all a good experience.

If shows are your scene, then this venue has a lot of discount and season pass programs. If you lived close enough to take advantage of it then it's a good deal. There's drinks and snacks for purchase but you'll have to deal with the challenging situation of wrangling kids and no cup holders. They have boosters for kids which is good because the gradient of seats is very gradual. I'm an adult and couldn't see a thing over the person in front of me, I missed several parts of the show, so it didn't feel worth the purchase. We watched the pet show. We spent around $200 for a family of six. Couldn't leverage the family pass with mom as a third adult. The first 25 minutes was inviting the audience to tell jokes and going over show rules. I could do without the host's political, gender diversity, pet death and mental health and cognitive jokes in a show meant for kids but I'm not a Midwest native so this might be area normal? It was cringy. I would have picked a different show if I knew ahead with two neuro diverse children. When the pet handler, Valari, conducted the cat and dog show it was very entertaining and he did a good job. The first part lasted eight minutes and later a three minute costume and country themed pet segment, interspersed with the host. Then intermission. I will say thank you for merchandising on stage. I have been to shows where staff walk around and literally put toys in your kids face before you agreed to purchase them creating a frustrating situation. So thanks for not doing that! There was a parrot fly by with beautiful macaws for 1.5 minutes and a husky dog segment for 3.5 minutes. There was a pretty funny parody song of Home with lyrics about car trips and family life. There was fun final cat show for about 7 minutes. It's a good show for little kids albeit a bit long for them to sit. Wouldn't want less of the 25 minutes of pet show in an hour and a half time slot but there are other opportunities to cut back some time.

We saw the live radio show which was being recorded live then it would be broadcasted at a later date. It was interesting to be part of that and the behind-the-scenes for a taping like this. Tickets for this particular show were $10 for adults which was not bad. We sat towards the middle and on the right side. The view was still good and I was still able to see the band and singers perform. The volume was just right and not too loud. I enjoyed the show which lasted about one hour. Come check it out!

You could close your eyes and easily be convinced that it was Patsy Cline, herself, singing on stage. CJ's medley of songs fostered such wonderful memories of one of the most beautiful voices of all time. Her three piece back-up band were highly renowned musicians that added another level of quality entertainment. CJ wowed the audience with several stunning outfits in between her songs. She also shared many stories and insights about Patsy's life that gave us a deeper understanding of this special singer. Additionally, CJ gave a wonderful tribute to our military veterans and to our wonderful country. It was a very touching tribute that was heartfelt and very appreciated by all in attendance. The only downside to the program was having it come to an end. "Patsy Cline and Friends" at the Americana Theater in Branson, MO, is a must-see, five-star experience. If you're ever in Branson or in the surrounding area, be sure to treat yourself to this truly, exceptional Patsy Cline performance.

Well some of the performers had good rhythm and voices, overall it was very disappointing. On the hole the choreography was not good and it seemed some of the singers didn't know the songs fully and weren't trained singers at that. We ended up leaving the intermission because we were so disappointed. I would've gave it more stars had the tickets not been close to 50 bucks. But this was worth $15 ahead tops.

Of JESUS CHRIST! :) The crew here works so hard to bring this captivating story to life - and boy do they succeed! My favorite part was the theater set-up. Even when you see the 7 or 8 obvious scenes upon arrival, what you don't see is hidden in the hills above! It was so cool how they transitioned from scene to scene using torches and powerful lights to direct your eyes. It kept the play moving seamlessly. At first, the single track pre-recorded audio bothered me a bit, but it was actually super easy to hear ALL the words, track who was saying it, and understand the references. They worked in SOOO many scriptures!!! What a night. Even without seeing all the other attractions on sight, we felt our time was well spent.

If you wanted a good visual representation of the final days and resurrection of Christ this is a good show. The only nit pick I have was the American accents through out the production. This is not a historical accurate play nor do they say it is. In fact , Kevin Sorbo explained to us that much of the dialogue was inspired by the Bible. So there's that.
