We discussed the work I needed done on a rental property in Tombstone AZ, and he agreed to meet up with us at the home on the following Saturday. Cliff and his assistant arrived promptly, a little early actually, which was nice. We walked through the property and pointed out what we needed done, which was mostly outlet installs. Cliff gave us several suggestions on good places to install them. A few of our heavy duty appliances had been tripping the breaker, so he explained to us in detail how he could fix that also. To our surprise, he was able to schedule the work to be done within a few days. We don't reside in town so the work needed to be done without us on the premises. During our meeting, he was friendly and felt very trustworthy so we left him our keys to the place and within days he had completed the job. Payment was a breeze and we found his charges quite reasonable. We traveled back to our home a few weeks later, anxious to see the work that was done. What I will say is "WOW!!!" All the outlets were installed as requested, new lines for our mini-split and our troubled appliances going into a different circuit. Then came the test... could we run the washer and dryer at the same time without it tripping? YES!!! I never thought something so simple could bring me such happiness! It is so nice having the peace of mind knowing that the work was completed by someone knowledgeable, efficient, fair and professional. Much better than how we were originally connecting surge protectors to extension cords - no more fire hazard! We found however that the office staff was more difficult to work with. We initially set up our appointment on March 14th at 8AM. When no one arrived or called we phoned the office. Meg apologized and stated that the "old system did not communicate with our new system" so we did not have the appointment set up on their end. I had already paid 1/2 the cost on March 7th and provided proof to Meg. We set up another appointment for 8AM March 14th. On March 14th, again NO CALL NO SHOW. At 8:20AM I called the office. I spoke with Christine who said that the Mike had called in sick that day. Considering we received NO CALL and a 2nd NO SHOW we were not pleased. I asked for a discount on the job, Christine said she would "note that on the account" however SHE DID NOT. Mike & another worker were able to arrive promptly and called prior on Monday March 21st. We did not follow up on the requested monetary cost reduction for our inconveniences, we are moving on. The job was done in a little over 2 hours but initially we were told around 6 hours. Felt like JMAC could have discounted the job but we did not receive any follow up on this request.

I explained the situation and asked if he could just make sure my box was not going to cause an explosion in my home. The man literally asks me "do you want me to just tell you it's okay or do you want me to come look at it?" Obviously I needed someone to come take a look! Before I could say anything else, he proceeds to tell me he will be charging me $155 the first hour and $145 the second hour and I quote "you have to have my money ready by tonight if you really want me to come out".... I then asked him how much he will charge just to come take a look at it and he said that even if he just stays for 15 minutes, I will need to pay him for 2 HOURS! I hung up on him and proceeded to call the Fire Department who was more than helpful and PROFESSIONAL! I will NEVER use this company. They are straight up rude and just want your money!
