Texas Media Experts was the first to respond (at 11:30 at night!). One of the other businesses had no ratings on Yelp so I deleted that one, and the third one wanted to send out two guys and charge me $200 (they took almost 24 hours to respond). Between text messaging and the conversation on Yelp, they managed to schedule me in today, and they sent out one (cute) guy and only charged me $120. He helped me plug my TV back in, removed a TV and a mount from the wall in another bedroom, and also showed me how to plug in my VCR. I would recommend them to anyone in the New Braunfels area.

I appreciate this as many people will call five minutes before arriving and you are rushing around getting ready. Upon arrival he was dressed professionally and laid out why he was there and what all he was going to be doing. The job he was doing for us was not small and I watched as he hustled back and forth installing and setting everything up. All was well on the job when he informed me that our front camera did not have the pre-wiring it was supposed to have. I was expecting to be told that this would be a delay and I would have to make a separate appointment to have the wiring installed. However, he said he would installing the missing wiring.
