You pay at the cashier and you have both table and counter seating options. They have a variety of bowls. We got some quiches and wine. Not bad for airport food. There was one person being held to not only serve, ring up orders and one person in the kitchen simile meaning of no help at the counter. After waiting in line almost 30 minutes I get to the counter only to find out that there are zero fresh juices that they are offering on their menu not even an explanation just they don't have it . The next thing I asked for was a golden milk he turned around he looked at the menu as if he was surprised it was there and proceeded to tell me they could not make that. Last I asked to have a rap made and they told me they did not have the ingredients. Numerative customers were coming to the counter in the same issue happened over and over again after having to wait in line just to get that answer. Considering that is at least 30 to 40% of their menu if not 50% this is completely unacceptable. Being as large as this airport is proper staffing and Customer Service is essential and neither one of those were offered as well. Mind you, I'm a medium-well gal so I had to suck it up and eat it as prepared. Partly because I didn't want to send it back since I didn't ask how it was prepared, and partly because I didn't want to offend them. But...wouldn't get that again.
