We had to ask for more water a couple of times and he then filled our glasses to the very top, as in it wouldn't hold another drop and couldn't be picked up without running over, it was weird. By the fourth time he did it we were trying not to laugh, not sure what that was about. It's too pricey for my preference, the atmosphere/acoustics and service do not warrant those kinds of prices and the food doesn't support it either. The creme brule and apple tart were 9.50 and 10.00 for what were literally the smallest desserts I've ever been served in a restaurant. We were curious about the place but we won't be back.

It has those trendy aluminum chairs that are just the most uncomfortable seats that are all the rage with all Modern Breweries and BBQ places. But if you can snag a table with booth like seating you are golden. I had the Pork chop with the beef tallow fries instead of the Sweet potatoes and the Bacon Colar greens. The pork chop has perfect, thick cut, seared, with a complementing glaze that was delicious. My wife has the Shalla Love with added chicken as protein. Served with Naan. She thought it was great well seasoned and flavored not too spicy hot. My sister in law had the special of chicken pot pie and she raved about it. Only thing I wasn't a huge fan off of the Order at the Bar you see in Breweries and the pay upfront. As this dinner was certainly worth every penny it was my first time in and I found myself in a gamble. Luckily it was great.

Eatery 66 North, STAT!…read more I usually wait to write a review for a new restaurant until I've had ample opportunities to check it out. But, I'm not really breaking my rule because they also have their flagship restaurant in Ridgway, which we've been to many times! So, with all that being said...LOVE their new location in my city of Montrose! YAY for us and our local community! Loved the décor, ambiance, staff and service was beyond! Some people don't care for the whole counter service ordering, but dang! Our food and drinks came out so quickly!!! Here's the rundown on what we ordered: 2 - 8 oz grilled hanger steaks with chimichurri, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. 66 Burger with local grass fed beef, American cheese, organic greens, tomato, green onion, 66 sauce, pickles on a brioche bun with a side of fries. The bacon has the perfect crisp with a sweet maple flavor without sacrificing the crunchy texture and it all melts in your mouth perfectly. I loved it so much that I had to go back for seconds. I can say the same for the country potatoes, although in the catering serving trays, it maintained its crispy outside texture while still fluffy inside and seasoned to perfection. You can pay an extra $10 for the carving station which has prime rib. The view is breathtaking and I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Our order came out twice incorrectly. We ordered the sweet potato appetizer, which came out burnt. We were so hungry though, we still ate it. For the price and what it was (which I thought wasn't as described on the menu), we wouldn't get it again. Secondly, our mains. I got a breakfast sandwich, and it came without the hollandaise and bacon. How could you forget the main meat on it?? I asked about it; it came back, and then it still didn't have hollandaise. The other person got a breakfast burrito. It came without the pork in the green chili, no toppings/herbs, and other ingredients. The waitress, each time we asked, seemed very confused and happy to ask the kitchen. Unfortunately, whoever was cooking was a mess. Maybe it was that we had breakfast here? I'd maaaaaybe come back and try something else for lunch, just for the fact alone that the staff were so friendly, but I'd be worried about another meal disaster.
