Couldn't have been met with a more rude bartender - how dare we ask any questions! There was a chalkboard listing the specials but usually there's a diff happy hour. I asked if there was happy hour and she pointed at the board.. K thanks, very helpful. Then we order a couple drinks, my dad just pulled out like $12 cause our last drinks were that at the last bar, instead of just saying hey your total is $___... she taps the bar and goes "I'm gonna need more than that". Are you kidding me??? THEN something comes up about how a band is going to play and my dad asks oh who is playing? And simultaneously I ask what time? You'd of thought we gave her a brain aneurysm. So then she replies "it says outside". Do better. Remind your bartenders that 1. Just be nice 2. The stockyards are literally full of tourists and they're going to talk and ask her questions. 3. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Would be a 5 star place without her.

It's very discouraging as a previous business owner if I own this business, I would like to know that my Bartender is more interested in talking to people than serving drinks, especially when they're overpriced drinks I'd be upset. Disappointed at best. Stockyards used to be fun now I have to throw a fit to overpay for a drink.

There are multiple areas in the establishment but bar's everywhere you you don't have to go extremely far for drinks. We came for a MMA event and had a great time exploring the venue itself. There are different foods in various locations, you just have to pay attention to the LED signage. We ended up at the pizza station but there were other places with salads, wings and other things. Service overall at the food places was good and staff around the venue was also very nice. We'd definitely come back to hang out with friends.
