This company exceeded my expectations. It started with an initial bid from the owner of the company, Lucas. From the initial phone contact to the first in person meeting with Lucas. I can say this is a professional individual and a very professional company. He was able to articulate arborist terms into a lay persons terms and made it easy to understand what needed to be done in order to protect the trees from dying. The crew, Jake, Evan, Daniel, along with Lucas finished a job today on my Pin Oak and 30 arborvitae. Extremely professional, concerned with driveway and patio potential damages, and took action to ensure that did not happen. And it did not happen. The team is a very cohesive crew, no damages and a very thoughtful and well executed cleanup plan, which left no additional work on my part Highly recommend this organization to anyone considering having a professional arborist and his team of arborist trim and clean up your trees and annuals. It's a very distinctive difference between having trained professionals and having "trained landscapers". Well worth the investmen. read more

When agreed to the job, Lucas notified it would begin in the morning (which impacted coordinating the next contractor's phase to avoid flooding into the home). I agreed. He then moved it to possibly the evening-- if not, the day thereafter. At that time, I should have discontinued with Lucas/Provision Arbor Care, altho I agreed and remained on standby for an update to proceed w/the next phase (mandatory) to avoid the home flooding. Lucas offered to update me earlier in the day (I emphasized the timeline necessity to secure workers for the next phase) and would have had to contract another tree removal company if he could not make this timeline some he had initially offered the morning. No word from Lucas until I phoned him (while the other contractor was on standby). Good he was enroute, but oblivious to what all is entailed outside of his scope. My mistake to sign the job contract (thinking he would begin work in the morning) and bypassing the Driveway being utilized for the crane/thus no liability for damages. Every segment of the driveway sustained damages Even contractors who saw the location of the tree questioned why Lucas bypassed using the lawn area(s). The following day upon returning to remove the remains of the tree, Lucas notified me the task was complete and bid farewell. Yet, they had left three (3) large portions of the tree leaning against the damaged fence. I just happened to ask Lucas if they removed those pieces, he responded no (he had forgotten...), but then proceeded with removal. Had I not reminded Lucas before departure from the site, they would have had to return (at their expense) to complete the task he billed for. After the job, I reached out to Lucas, twice, with questions about the job. He never responded. A portion of the tree (The tree stump was left vs. what was specified in their agreement. I have worked for business owners and would never recommend Provision Arbor Care. One compliment is that they did clear up the area fairly well (I did have to request that they clear out the tree excess from the entryway to the home). Updated 6/9/25: While Lucas kindly asked for payment the day the tree was hauled away (5/18/25); the task remains incomplete as of today (6/9). Nearly 40-50ft (rough guestimate) of the tree remains, while the executed contract specified the tree being cut down 2" to 12" above grade. Upon my 6/8 follow-up to Provision, Joel kindly agreed to complete this task the week of 6/9. Grateful that Provision reached out to the tarp-contractor (he still refused, as he was standing by for a timeline, until I pleaded with him due to rain in the forecast which would have flowed right into the home). read more

Jake and Evan arrived promptly and had to wait until the end of a downpour. Once they began their work, they were super efficient, polite, and paid attention to detail. I cannot recommend this company or the workers in any higher regard. read more
