I will never recommend, will never go back!! , they saw me for less than 15 minutes, diagnose me with a symptom I didn't even have. A doctor didn't even see me, a nurse practitioner that was rushing, you can tell she was not knowledgeable and is careless. I went in with throbbing headache that I've had for over a week and she said it's muscle spasm, she took Covid test which I didn't have a symptom and charge me $162 and $232 for influenza test and $575 outpatient. Total of $736.00. Beware!!! I had to see another provider 2 days later and She was very thorough, they took the time to listen to my symptoms, they were compassionate. I should've went to them first, which I typically do. Be aware, this clinic charges outrageous fees. We have a high-deductible insurance plan, so I had to pay it all out of pocket. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had a persistent cough for over two weeks and wanted to check to make sure it wasn't something serious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It wasn't, they sent me for an Xray and then prescribed an inhaler for symptom relief. It was a 25-minute visit. The clinic billed us $868 for the office visit and $93 for the Xray radiologist. They do not offer a price adjustment for self-pay. I do not recommend this clinic unless you have very good, comprehensive medical insurance. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC! They charge an outrageous price for walking in the door. Almost $900 for absolutely nothing. They gave me a flu test. I tried to reprocess with my insurance, and they denied me and informed me that this is the offices choice to set the rate. In fact they told me the office chooses to charge $900 but Premera will only go as high as $500. I have had type 1 diabetes for 50 years. I see specialists for my type 1 diabetes, my kidneys, and my eyes. I rarely pay more than my co-pay, and they are looking at labs and doing a more higher quality of care. In this particular case, besides my co-pay I am paying almost another $200. DO NOT USE THEM! They need to lower their prices, my suggestion is get a home test and save your money from this ridiculous office. read more

I had a virtual office visit at 2:30 pm. ive had some sort of flu for 5 days. Told I had two options take home test or go to Prov. Express. Took the home test. I was told to o call back for further instructions. Also doctor told me today was last day to take Tammiflu., so no script, no call and to late now to take med. to be effectiive. This was one of the worst experience I have ever had a doctor's office. I only went here because it was a holiday and my docs office was closed. I could hear the medical assistant and the PA(Christina Roehling) laughing outside the door that I was definitely a referral. Then she proceeded to come in and not make eye contact with me while asking questions. She told me I would need to be referred out because my symptoms could be cancer. It turned out not to be cancer but I spent the next week thinking the worst. I will never go back. Thankfully, I was able to get into my regular doctor who calmed me down and got the proper test ordered. read more

If I can not see my primary I would rather stay home and just stay sick as going to Expresscare is just a waste of time and you just remain sick. read more

Going to Express Care Huffman was great! After looking all around anchorage for a decently priced option, this place got me in and out quickly and was able to work to make my visit affordable.
