I mentioned that they should please consider what it takes to take time off to see a doctor (and I live remotely, so an hour to drive) but was dismissed and said to comeback when I had my covid test completed. He tends to assume the problem and from what other patients have told me, he tends to prescribe the same thing to each patient he sees (steroids, narcotics, etc.). I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who has addiction issues. I also wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone who doesn't have the patience to wait to see a doctor. Dr. Thornquist has a pleasant personality but I don't feel he has his patient's best interests at heart.
