Openly discussing a patients Medicaid status out loud in front of the patient is just disgusting. I get there are people who just need a job, but you cannot dehumanize someone about money. Especially when they say they are not paying, the doctor could just say okay have a nice day. Not saying " okay I'm going back to my other patients" doctor first before you are a donkey. Everything from check-in to check-out was a 5-star experience. Despite the office's unassuming exterior, the lobby and clinic areas were clean and tastefully decorated. The front desk was fast and friendly. My primary care appointment with Leisha was educational and thorough. I don't remember the nurse's name, but he was great also. He drew my blood on the first try. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy within hours of my appointment. They even sent the pharmacy my insurance information! I've never had a clinic do that. Even the pharmacy technician was surprised. I'm definitely making this my new primary care clinic. read more

Don't go here! They don't take Medicare and if they find out that's your insurance, they won't let you pay with cash or a credit card, no matter how sick you are. Yet, if they dont know you have Medicare, they'll let you pay with cash. Stupid! And no empathy. The supervisor was "too busy" to speak with me even though the place was nearly empty! Never a fun thing to need a doc when your not feeling well. I come here because it's close to home and they take walk ins. It never fails I question myself as to why I bother coming here thinking it's quicker than the ER because I'm ALWAYS stuck here at least 2 hours. You can walk in here and see 3 or 4 people and think, hey maybe I won't be here all day ....but I'm always wrong. Came in because I'm pretty sure I have strep, told the receptionists that and still I waited over an hour before getting into a room. So much for not sharing huh? Got into a room and they did a strep test and forgot I was in the room . Good thing I'm impatient and opened the door and asked how long I needed to wait. . Not the best place to come seriously. Update: I wanted to update this review, I had to make a trip back here in early January of 2020 and I do not know what changed management wise but this was a much improved visit entirely! My wait time was minimal (15 minutes), seeing the doctor was maybe 5 minutes. In and out under an hour. Thank You to whoever stepped up and made positive changes here because yesterday my husband had to visit here and had the same fast improved patient service, so I am changing my star rating as of 2020 visits by me and the hubby. read more

Came in for a scheduled appointment, was asked to wait in the waiting room until I was called on. After 20 minutes I asked do you know about how long this is all going to take because I have a prior commitment an hour after my appointment. The front office lady replied with "just give us a minute she is busy" but no estimate wait time. It's now 45 minutes after I have showed up for my appointment and still no sign of me being helped anytime soon. Not to mention that 4 patients have left since I've been here and nobody else is in the waiting room. Also just here for a TB test, a little bubble of liquid shit under the skin. I injured my foot and needed to go to urgent care to make sure it was cleaned and well bandaged - a bandaid was not going to suffice. I called and they said come right in, they weren't crowded or backed up. Then I waited AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES in the waiting area! I finally got in a room and a PA named Bigelow came in. She actually berated me for accidentally hurting myself! She wasn't just rude, she was downright abusive! She said I should be more careful, and when I started telling her how careful I had been, she cut me off! She said there was really no excuse, and then she actually said if I wasn't more careful, my little boy was going to suffer a possibly FATAL injury, or at least she'd report me to OCS!! Unbelievable! She judged me, wouldn't let me speak, and THREATENED ME!! To top it all off, all she did was apply a little saline on a piece of gauze and taped it to my foot! How do people like this get jobs in health care?! I think she might be evil! read more

I had gotten a deep angled cut from a carabiner around 10pm and the only place open was FCMC, I rushed over and they were able to take me in quickly for the urgent care with only a half hour until they closed. Everyone I was seen by was extremely professional, nice and took great care of me needing to get 4 stitches (and with me needing additional care with feeling faint.) The person who preformed my stitches also walked me through everything and explained why she did what was needed. Amazing care! Can't recommend them enough! read more

I called to schedule an in-person appointment and was informed that one was available in an hour. So I scheduled it, using their website. I received confirmation that my appointment was in an hour so I went home and returned at my appointment time. I received texts confirming my insurance and my appointment and informing me to text when I arrived in the parking lot. I texted and after a few minutes I called. They informed me that they were backed up and it may be 3 hours before I could see someone. I was informed that I could wait in my car (with my 7yr old who I had scheduled the appointment for). When asked how this could be, they apologized, but what gets me is that I had just earlier spoke to someone IN THAT OFFICE, who had seen that they were backed up and could have informed me that they were not honoring appointments! Ridiculous. They asked me if I would like to reschedule, but obviously they are not honoring appointments so what would be the point? read more

Needed a DOT physical for my CDL. I called in advance and setup my appointment. When I arrived the following day for my appointment I had to call to let them know I was in the parking lot for check in. The lady who I could hardly hear because of an issue they have with the front desk phone, said I didn't have an appointment and instead of figuring out a way to help me with getting in she just kept telling me I was wrong and I didn't have an appointment. Worst customer service and such a waste of my valuable time. I would avoid doing business with them. read more

I've gone to first care, for a few years now. I usually go to them because of their extended hours into the evening or when I can't get in to my primary care. Usually the wait time is on the shorter side and I don't normally have to wait for more than 30 minuets. The providers aren't the friendliest and they only speak with you really quickly. I wouldn't suggest going here if you want great bed side manner. If you are looking for somewhere to get in and get out quickly, they would be great for you. Much not much else. read more

Then we were put in a dirty exam room. Been here a few times never had a problem, can be a bit slow if there's more than a few people ahead of you, but it's a small clinic and still better than going to the emergency room. If you're over 5'5" watch your head while you're paying as the ceiling is in a weird spot. Best part is Walgreens is right down the street for prescriptions and whatnot. read more

If you want to be forgotten, this is the place for you. I went in with flu like symptoms hoping to get a fairly quick answer and resolve. My entire visit totaled THREE HOURS. It was at least an hour and a half before the PA actually came to talk to me. The tech that helped me only did a portion of my vitals, so I had to go back in with someone else and do the whole thing all over again. All while I was waiting in the exam room to be seen, I could hear DOT physicals being done that came in AFTER I had checked in. The PA that saw me made me do lab work that wasn't even necessary AND a pregnancy test after I had told her I most assuredly was NOT pregnant. After all of the waiting and unnecessary lab work, I was told I "most likely" had the flu, despite me telling them I was pretty sure that's what I had. DON'T go to this clinic. read more

Called ahead, they claimed there was no wait. Got there 20 minutes later and they said there were 4 people being seen and one person ahead of us. After waiting 60 minutes they informed me there were 4 people ahead of us! Apparently there's a difference between being in a room and being seen! Not once did they say the people in those rooms were waiting to be seen! Walked out took my information with me! The waiting area was dirty, walls hadn't seen paint in easily 10 years. I came in at 9pm on a Tuesday night and told them I hadn't been able to hear out of one of my ears for the past week and a half. They were all very friendly and I was seen very quickly. When the provider came in we talked for a few minutes while she took a look in my ear, and in that time she was able to determine there was nothing she could do for me at that clinic and instructed me to go to an ENT for further help. They didn't charge me a single cent and i'm very grateful! I've always had great experiences here, and this just solidifies what I already knew to be true about this clinic. read more

I came in for a bad cough that had been going on for almost 2 weeks. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and so was the nurse. I was told to wait in the room and Dr Bradstreet would be in to see me. Well he came in without greeting me at all and just pointed to the chair and said "Well get up there". I was put off by this. He asked me two questions and then left the room. As he is in the next room he continues to talk to me. I can barely hear him at all. He's trying to write prescriptions and talk to me at the same time. He seems to be in a huge hurry but I was the only patient in the clinic at the time. He barely interacted with me at all and then at the end of my maybe 2 minute appt he says "To be honest you're one of the least sick patients I've seen today". Uhm what? I paid 175 dollars for this and a less than 2 minute appointment. I have had good experiences here in the past but I'm not sure I will be back after this. read more
