I brought my Subaru in with a leak near the oil pan, and I thought the worst, Tom would find other damages and the cost would be $300-$400, it was way less, ~$158. The leak was only damage he found. He kept the car an extra day to test that the repair fixed the leak, putting extra time in and not charging. Leak fixed. Upon picking up my car I relieved the cost was reasonable, and I admitted to being nervous about a large bill because I just lost my job. He felt bad about that, and this is where Tom is a great human being: he didn't charge me! He said, "Since you lost your job, we're square." Unbelievable! I didn't expect sure an awesome gesture! Stay Away!!! Took my Accord for a head gasket repair and they quoted me a price for that only…read more Never suggested me a new engine, just a water pump which i didn't take. My car has 111k miles when i brought it in and then just 8k miles later for the head gasket to fail. I took it back to them after they said it was probably my fuel injectors. Got the fuel injectors replaced at Honda under warranty. Just for them to tell me I need a new engine and the injectors were never replaced when they were. They don't keep their word, they will make up a story to cover their asses instead of being transparent. The cherry on top they will make you sign a quote for a "new engine" where it says nothing about a new engine and everything about the story they made up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
