I've been here multiple times to get my side windows and front windshield tinted and also added a front strip. I even recommended my friend here. Every rating is good until there's a problem. We brought in the car, picked the film, then they inspect it. Inspection is to check out any damages before they take it in, so no hassle later with customers. There are two scratches on the door frame after the job, then Jeff, the manager, told me that it could of been my fault. I only want my car to come back to me in the original state, but he came and told me how it could never been them, because I didn't get the front windshield tinted, and the employees couldn't have touched it, it's not where they work. And it shouldn't be the guys duty to inspect it, it should be the girl's. Millions of excuses later, I said I wanted to be in the original state which I left it, and that's it. And this is what he told me,"if you think it's our fault then it's our fault, then sure, we can get the paint for you and do it". Great way to do business, blame it on the customer! I don't want the hassle of waiting for the paint (for a week) and it's only used for Uber, then he ask me if I still want it. I said no, then he blames me again for making him go through all the trouble for finding the correct paint. Later they called back, saying he could've handle the situation differently, it's just that he had seen all kinds of scratches, and know what could made them. Well, I think the purpose of the inspection is probably something like this happened before, but to deny it even after inspecting it is just not acceptable. If after all these years of doing business and Jeff doesn't know how to deal with a situation, then he should hire a professional. Friendly sales though. Nice and on point. I got my car tinted here. I requested quotes from about 5 other places and ProTint had the most reasonable pricing. They were very friendly and gave me advice when I was deciding on the brand of tint. I wanted to go for the 3m brand but they mentioned that the darker tints were a bit hazy for 3m and that the visibility isn't as good, so they recommended a different brand that was actually cheaper in cost. When I went to pick up my car, they even gave me an upgrade because the person putting on my tint was more comfortable with putting on that particular brand. There was no extra charge for the upgrade! Ceramic tinting my whole car (minus the windshield) came out to be $402 with tax and everything. I was paying in cash and only had 100s so she only took $400 from me and said it was fine! I love the customer service and I love that they won't nickel and dime you. Okay. I am not very generous person as a customer but rather I am on picky side. So when I wanted get my recently purchased camaro tinted, I searched for perfect tint shop for a while. When I buy tint, I am not buying the film but the shop's skills and service. So I tried to look for the tint business with great skill that would lead to flawless tint job and a great customer service that would guarantee my tint purchase. Then I found Pro Tint. I read every reviews on yelp and pay special attention to negative reviews. After reading them, I decided to visit Pro Tint not only because it was hard to even find negative reviews on this business but also I liked the owner's respectful responses to those negative reviews as well as positive reviews. Jeff responded quickly when I first contacted him through yelp and went over tint options, functions, and prices in detail. I chose 3M color stable and I was able to schedule appointment the very next day. Tint was done in a timely manner as he promised and the price was reasonable. Tint also looked great on my car. When I found a tiny imperfection on my front side windows, I immediately contacted him again even though it was very hard to detect it since those front side tint had limited time warranty (Illegal tint). He, again, responded very quickly and scheduled me an appointment without any hassle. After he had inspected my car, he upgraded my limited-time warranty to life-time warranty to resolve my concern. I also happened to notice something rattling inside my car door panels on the day got windows tinted. I was going to take the car to the dealership to have them inspect my car. But Jeff saved me a lot of time by fixing it in few minutes. It came out to be the loosen up clips in the door panel. Now I don't hear the annoying sound at all from the door panel thanks to Pro Tint. I also got my windshield a visor stripe and it looked great. I contacted ProTint for a quote. I provided them with my vehicle information and they responded back with a reasonable offer. I scheduled a date and time to bring my wife's vehicle in for the tint job. When we were being invoiced, the gentleman (forgot his name) said "oh we need to charge an extra $30 because your Forester has the window 'wings' in the front, the quote we gave you were just for the standard front windows." I asked him "whats the point of requesting me for the make/model during the quote then?" and added that you should honor the original quote. (who the hell would just tint the windows and leave the wings not tinted?) After a short stand off, he offered half off for the price of the wings. Originally I was going to go to a tint shop that my coworker recommended me, but I decided I wanted to go somewhere closer to home for me and ended up picking Pro Tint based on their reviews and I'm glad I did. I had my 2021 Accord tinted out with 3M Crystalline on all my windows and the end result was fantastic. Jeff and his team did a professional job on it. I had the pleasure of having Jasmine and Jeff take care of me at Pro Tint. Jasmine was very kind and courteous to me both in person and over the phone and I can see why a lot of reviews on Yelp praise her! She answered all of my questions and took the time to show me how each tint looked visually. She gave me honestly answers and never tried to pressure me into buying more than I needed. I don't even know where to start on Jeff. Jeff is an absolute gem to work with. He went above and beyond to take care of me. As I was inspecting my freshly tinted car in their shop, I notice a scratch on the plastic door panel. I know this came from the car wash I had in the morning so no fault on Pro Tint's end. Remember how I said Jeff went above and beyond? I didn't even ask him to help me buffer out that scratch. He instantly went to find a polish to buffer it out. Mind you this was a little past 6PM and they were well on their way to closing up shop.
