This price was confirmed again by the front desk when I checked in today. Once I was in the chair, I was told that the $119 did not cover the cleaning or exam, but was instead a membership fee for a discount plan. I was never informed of this policy beforehand. After an extended wait, I chose to leave without receiving the cleaning or exam. As a blind patient, I had to pay out-of-pocket for my transportation and use a portion of my limited monthly mileage allotment, all for a wasted appointment. This was ny first time i saw them both, I usually see other people but i didnt see them. I explained to them that i have Endmetriosis, and they both said it had nothing to do with my oral health. I left upset. Guess what, Endo plays a big part in my oral health, and im at higher risk for oral diseases. Instead of them knowing that they assumed i don't wash my mouth. I may not be perfect at cleaning my teeth but you as a Dentist and Female should know that Chronic inflammatory disease can affect oral health. I am very hurt emotional and that cleaning was the most painful experience i have ever had when it came to my cleanings. please do better. would be ashamed if I had to go look elsewhere because of that experience.

Dr. Le was a wonderful dentist; It was the first time I'd had work done from him, and right away I felt very comfortable with him and the work which he did. Abel was the dental assistant, and he is one who has worked on me before. As always, he was very professional and personable. He makes one feel "at home" in the chair and gives me great confidence in his capabilities. After recently visiting other dental offices, I realized that cleanings should not be that uncomfortable. Though I do have a lot of respect for dental hygienists--their job of cleaning people's mouths is incredibly difficult, and I know I couldn't do this job myself. One time, they upsold me a very expensive mouthwash that cost over $50. I bought it because my cleanings were always very painful, and they claimed it would help by preventing buildup. But it didn't make any difference--it was a complete waste of money. I was a patient here for about five years, and another issue was that over time it became clear that communication was consistently lacking. The staff never directly explained their concerns with me. Good and timely communication helps prevent much bigger issues down the line, but unfortunately, that standard wasn't met here. Additionally, I never even knew who the actual dentist was--his name or even if it was the same person each time I visited. There was also a billing or coding error during one of my visits. Despite it being the office's responsibility to resolve and they actually promised to do so, I had to resolve the issue myself despite myself not being on the expert on the field. If you live in the area, I recommend exploring or at least looking into other options, such as Gentle Dental in Palm Valley or a private dental practice. These alternatives generally offer better continuity of care, lower staff turnover, and honest communication in difficult situations. And the dental cleaning to my honest experience is much less painful.

As a kid, my dad took me to an ex-Army dentist, he was good at his job, charged a good rate but was by far the least gentle of any that I've ever known. My girlfriend recently found out her wisdom tooth was cracked and infected. We took her to the closest place and they recommended an oral surgeon, uhh I think you can buy a forclosed house for the price they charge to pull teeth! Not to mention the soonest they could do it would be 2 weeks. Mom mom went to see Dr Yi at the Family Dentistry a few years ago to fix a broken crown and she was very happy, so I called them up. They got us in the next day and she was in and out as well as all 4 wisdoms in 1 hour. I think she's the first one I've ever seen excited after getting out of a dentists chair with 4 less teeth, the cost was also extremely reasonable and very far short of what we were quoted for other dentists and the oral surgeon.

Upon arrival, I observed concerning hygiene practices--a staff member put on gloves, touched their face, and then attempted to treat my child without changing them. The office enforces a $100 rescheduling fee for patients, yet frequently changes appointments themselves. Despite multiple reminders warning of this fee, we arrived on time only to be told they didn't know why we were there and that there was no reason for the appointment, even though it had been scheduled and confirmed by their office. When we raised concerns, staff dismissed them and made no effort to resolve the situation, leaving us feeling that our time did not matter. Additionally, staff entered the room appearing confused, spoke to each other in another language without explanation, and repeatedly referred to my son as a girl despite being corrected, which felt disrespectful. Overall, the office was unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking in basic communication and courtesy. Our time and concerns were not respected, and I cannot recommend this dental office.

The front office ladies were so polite and kind, as well as efficient, even when dealing with computer program glitches. I didn't have to wait, appointment started on time, and I was in and out in less than an hour for a chipped tooth repair. Did I mention that they got me in the same day as a new patient?!? I had called multiple places and they were mostly closed or nothing available for a week. Dr. Duong did fantastic work and made my chipped tooth invisible with color matching and smoothing/polishing. The first time I had it done by Aspen dental, it was not smooth and I could feel the filling material if I ran my tongue over it. Not the case this time. They went above and beyond when I mentioned that I have been having jaw pain (not what the appointment was scheduled for) to look into it. They did not pressure me into anything, just did what I asked to be done, and told me to call if I wanted to come back to have a complete exam and look further into the issues I was having. I booked my next appointment and will definitely have my daughter go there for her next check up. Highly recommended.

Again, after my consultation, I was waiting for the office staff to come speak with me about the cost of cleaning. Yes, I have to go back a second time to complete the cleaning, which is frustrating and inconvenient, but it could be worse. Yes, I was asked to put a deposit down for the cleaning, but I am sure this is because many people do not follow through. Again, it might be a minor inconvenience, but knowing I have the appointment is worth it, and they know I will be there. Great location easy to get in and out of the complex. I also have to say that several other patients were established that had a quick turnover compared to my initial visit, so I would say that overall, once you get past the initial visit, things will change within the office in the time you were there.

We got there this morning and both of us were very very pleased with the front office staff, very organized and prepared since I filled out the new patient forms online.
