I have been a patient of Dr. Hong for the past six years. He is such an incredible dentist - I recommend him to everyone I can! In fact, we moved two years ago to Fountain Hills and even though it's an hour drive each way, my entire family still goes to Dr. Hong. I just broke a temporary crown on a front tooth - and although he is on vacation this week, he is going into the office just to fix my tooth. I cannot tell you how much that means to me. I broke my top set of dentures. A front tooth fell out. Dr hong glued it back in. I made an appointment to get a new set of teeth made. Instead of getting a set of teeth I was made a new top denture only. So it was made to match my old worn out lower dentures. The top dentures are huge. I look like bugs bunny. I figured I might get used to them but they are embarrassingly large. Wasted my money and my dental insurance. I am not pleased. I can not say enough nice things about this practice! Every single person who works in this office is as nice as they come. The Office Manager, Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistant and Dr. Hong are all absolutely amazing. The office reception area is so tranquil and relaxing, it feels like you are stepping into a spa. Even the treatment rooms are light and airy, with murals on the walls. Most importantly... Dr. Hong is an amazing dentist. Dr. Hong is hands down the best dentist in AZ. No, I haven't been to every dentist in AZ, BUT I am convinced nobody can top him. First, I am obsessed with the ambience of his office. I feel like I am in a sheek LA spa or something. And this is so weird, but I love that he has ocean books on his coffee tables because sea animals are my favorite! Back to business, Dr. Hong is the most professional and knowledgable doctor I've personally met. My parents and I have been going to him for years now. He has taken care of our cleanings, cavities, and even my Mom's teeth implants (which came out PERFECT). He doesn't try to tell you you need random procedures done (how I feel dentists try to take your money). For example, he literally has been watching a (potential) cavity of mine for about a year now. That's when you know you're dealing with a dentist who truly cares and is honest! Also, every time I visit we have at least a 5 minute genuine conversation. Every single visit. He remembers that I am going to school, what I am going to school for, how my business is doing, etc. How perfect is that?! He truly makes you feel appreciated as a patient and I don't ever want another dentist in my life!! AND his hygienists are the sweetest and super professional. I saw Dr Hong last year to have a dental implant created. Loosing a front tooth was very traumatic for me and I was very concerned about it matching and looking right. He is an absolute perfectionist and made sure it was perfect before it was done. He worked well with my periodonist's office as well to making sure everything was in sync. A year later it's still doing great. He is very compassionate and gentle.
